What a fantastic stay! We’ve been visiting Mendocino for years and can’t believe it took us so long to find Mary’s place. Superb location…super spacious and well equipped. Views couldn’t be any better and so convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Hope to stay there again.

The location (overlooking the ocean) of this property was beautiful. Sitting in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Note: Not specific to this space, but always make sure to check the fridge before leaving after checking out. We accidentally left some nice beers behind (totally our fault, of course).

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

Great spot right on the lake! The place is incredibly spacious and well-equipped. Not walkable to much other than the lake, but very convenient to get places by car. The lake view from the deck was lovely. Honestly was a perfect studio that could be a great for a long term stay too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you'd need. The screened in patio was a bonus in addition to the beautiful outdoor patio with BBQ island! We will definitely return.

We absolutely loved this house! The views are stunning and the house has everything you need - from dishes, to beach towels, to board games and puzzles, binoculars and other small touches. It’s relatively remote so you need to plan for restaurants and groceries, but Emily provided all the instructions and we knew exactly what to expect. Wed live to come stay at this house again! The views from this location can’t be captured in pics. It was stunning! A perfect place to retreat and relax. The beach was spectacular, and the home has large windows to still enjoy when you’re inside. Piper was a wonderful host-thank you!

this is the second time I've come to the Cinderella house. I love the privacy and expanse of space. The path to the beach is my favorite thing as well as the fabulous views of both the ocean and Big River. The house is very comfortable too! Will definitely be back!

Bay Dream was absolutely amazing! The views are incredible, and the house is very comfortable and has absolutely everything you could ever need for a wonderful stay. I appreciated all of the labels with directions for everything in the house, as well as the local food recommendations. We were also able to walk to Point Cabrillo lighthouse, which was amazing. We could not have asked for a better location for our family trip. Thanks!

What a great house. Fantastic location right on the lake. The deck and the pier to the boat dock are amazing! The house is very cozy and comfortable. There are lots of different seating arrangements/places to hang out (inside and outside). The kitchen is super well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Overall, this is a great find. We had an enjoyable and relaxing time here. We will be coming back.

Jennifer was a very good host who was always quick to respond. The home was perfect to host our large family and the kitchen was very accommodating and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and the window view was stunning. We paid the dock deposit of $500 to get a boat rental which the kids really enjoyed. In the house instructions they mention having two interior cameras which you can block, but we never saw them so not sure if we were filmed inside while staying there. The property was in walking distance to a nail salon where we took the girls and had great service. There is a very close Safeway grocery store to drive to. The pool temp was perfect. We were bummed that the hot tub is closed during the summer because it does get chilly at night. The fire pit was perfect for roasting s’mores. They offer a kayak and paddle boards, as well as having a ping pong table in the garage. We would highly recommend this place again!

We loved the entire property. the kids and dogs played ball in the front yard and the fire pit was amazing for smores. The gas fire pit on the porch was great for watching the sunset over the ocean. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Being dog friendly was so important to our family. We loved the pool at the community center, the beaches and the Skunk train. Great birthday celebration house.
