Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... We spent 5 days in Izmir Konak. Our stay at the apartment was very nice, we were very satisfied. Everything as described in the advertisement, expectations as in the photos, it was all perfect. The hosts Ms. Tülin and Ms. Hazal were very nice, friendly, helpful. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, there was everything you need from A-Z. The location is right in the center of Izmir-Alsancak, you can get everywhere on foot. Thanks again for everything.

You only need to climb a hill to get home after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was attentive to house cleaning in a way that left no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was very tastefully furnished and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. The location was SUPERB - walking distance to Major Attractions ( Basilica of St John , Ayasuluk), Restaurants, Minimarket, and Public Transport ( Train Station and Otogar to catch Dolmus). The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds. The host was responsive and welcoming, providing valuable local tips. The property's design was really unique in 180 years old building. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and stocked up kitchen. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our stay. We felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it more if we could! Book with confidence, you will not regret it.

The garden is extremely beautiful, suitable for barbecue and has a veranda where you can sit with a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen and a toilet. The house is generally designed in a very stylish and tasteful way. The air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we never got overwhelmed. The sea can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes by car. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla center is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been thought of, there is nothing missing – I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They helped us a lot in everything, and made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

A house with a garden that will not make you miss the comfort of your home and where you have all your basic needs. The garden is especially suitable for children. The internet is extremely fast, which is an important plus for those who have to work from home.

Very nice apartment close to the clocktower. It was clean and well equipped. The communication with Murat was easy and he was super friendly. The sleeping rooms do not have windows to the outside but there is air conditioning. I can recommend to stay there.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Görkem for her quick and solution-oriented communication. I stayed at the house for a night to get away from the city crowd and relax on my own. It was the same as the photos. It's nice to be in a quiet, peaceful and safe neighborhood so close to the center. The house was very clean. I did not encounter anything that did not work, but if I had, I believe that Ms. Görkem would probably solve it in a short time. The loft ambiance, the jacuzzi enjoyment was great. I'm thinking of renting it out again for the winter season to enjoy the fireplace. I really felt at home. Peaceful atmosphere.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

It was all as described. It is a very quiet complex/apartment. There are small markets for everyday needs in the immediate vicinity. We were satisfied. The sea beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a small restaurant there that also rents beach loungers for 200 Turkish lira (as of 05/26/2025) and you can also eat lunch there. Apartment, bed linen, kitchen towels are clean. We would rent the apartment again.

It’s a lovely, traditional house—wood floors and ceilings that we loved. We walked to see the sights and to restaurants. The place is on a steep hill, so walking back from restaurants there was a workout! We really enjoyed the place though.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

We really enjoyed our visit. The host was quick to answer questions. It was very easy to get to the different places we wanted to visit from there. And the apartment itself was great!

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe.
