This was my second time staying here and it’s perfect what I needed. I come up from the city to work Saratoga racetrack and just need a place to lay my head. It’s great affordable and clean. If you’re interested in downtown Troy, it’s a quick 10 minute drive. Also there is a Stewart’s close by. John and Shauna were very accommodating on both my visits!

Great spot, great value, felt like a cozy in-law apartment. The host was only a chat msg away and was very responsive to 2 small requests. It's located in Downtown Troy near all the best restaurants, sites and just down the hill from Dear Old RPI. On-street parking over the weekend was safe and free from 5pm Friday through Sunday night. I found the apartment easily and it is very clean, comfortable and quieter that you'd expect in a downtown location. All appliances & fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom are updated and modern. Queen bed was comfy, and my guest rested soundly on the spare bed in the living room. This is an exceptional value in Troy where hotel prices can fluctuate. I will stay again and recommend to others.

Spotless. Comfortable. Responsive. Located within walking distance of a great many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. I don’t know what else to say because if this isn’t enough for you.. good luck! We enjoyed a wonderful stay. 10/10 recommend.
