The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

An unforgettable stay in the sleeping barrel! We had a wonderful time at the Rosberger Hof – the sleeping barrel was a real highlight! Cozy, clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail – ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – you feel welcome and in good hands from the first moment. We felt very comfortable and were able to really relax. It was so nice that we definitely want to come back in the summer! An absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a special overnight stay in a warm atmosphere. Thank you for the great time – see you soon!

Check in without problems despite Toni's absence. As a welcome, drinks, fruits and coffee tabs were available. The kitchen was also well furnished. The frying pans were probably not used properly by all tenants and should be replaced. Toni responded immediately and gladly accepted other "tips." The apartment in the basement met our expectations. We had a pretty quiet time and enjoyed the mostly available silence. We greatly appreciated the conversations with Toni and his openness. We'd come back if we were in this area again.
