The complex offers soccer, basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, a children's playground, and a bicycle area. Nearby supermarket and excellent location to enjoy Meloneras, beaches, leisure, and restaurants. A quiet and complete environment for a vacation in the sun. For safety reasons due to the stairs, children under 7 years of age are not allowed.

Fantastic big and modern Villa, with a great garden and private pool (possible to be heated as extra ) in Meloneras, one of the nicest area in the south of the island. Located in a privileged area with a long promenade by the sea, full of restaurants and great shopping area. Very close to Maspalomas beach. Marvellous sunsets can be enjoyed in all this area. This Villa is perfect for spending a relaxing family/ friends holidays.

The bungalow is very stylish. A highlight is the private roof terrace with lounger area and bar. There is also a tastefully landscaped garden with old trees and a lounger area. The bungalow has its own terrace and a private courtyard. The 11 m² pool is shared with a 2 bungalow. The accommodation is located directly on the dunes of Maspalomas. At the same time, it is just minutes from the center of Playa del Inglés.
