There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

In Håverud there is, for example, an aqueduct that is over 150 years old. Close to swimming/camping, approx. 5 km, local shopping/mall in central Mellerud. Padel center is a few km away. In Mellerud there are also good train connections between Gothenburg and Karlstad.

There is also an outbuilding that provides ample space for socializing or overnight guests (toilet inside the main building). 1 bathroom with toilet located in the house.

Here you live in spacious (75 m2) apartment in converted barn with all amenities, fireplace and patio with lake view. Just 300 meters to Kabbosjön with beach and jetties. Here you can see wild animals roaming by such as deer and fox. You can enjoy nice forest walks, paddling, berry and mushroom picking. The accommodation has a master bedroom with a sofa bed. Living room with exit to patio and a sleeping loft with two single beds. There is a single bed in the living room as well.

Balcony with outdoor furniture. Located on our property, behind our house, the cabin is not disturbed by it as the large windows and terrace are towards the forest.
