We booked this place for a family reunion (5 adults and 2 children) and were very pleased with our choice. From here you can take beautiful hikes and excursions. In the evening we could play games in the kitchen-living room at the large kitchen table. The WiFi was very fast and was used extensively. The surroundings are very attractive, we did not find any bike paths.

Mirjam's and Ulf's apartment is super cozy, clean and quiet. I felt very comfortable for my short vacation in the old homeland and would come back anytime. Check-in was easy, the contact very nice, the apartment is designed with attention to detail and parking in front of the door is very easy. If you are traveling by car in and around Osnabrück, you will have it easy here, but should not expect a downtown location. I say thank you!

The apartment is a basement apartment, but still very bright due to the large window front in the living area and the beautiful terrace. We felt very comfortable, the apartment is tastefully decorated and has everything you need, even a coffee machine filled with beans. Beds also very good, everything sparkling clean. Aaron and his wife were very kind and gave tips for the area and restaurants in Bad Iburg. We would book again anytime. We were even allowed to check out later and had the opportunity to take a short bike ride in the morning.

Had a lovely stay at Laura's fantastically cared for apartment. Easy to find and upon arrival a folder with clear instructions was ready. Many basic products available in the kitchen and bathroom, very convenient. The apartment is very well equipped and therefore also definitely recommended for a longer stay. Despite the fact that it was warm for the time of year, the large space was easy to cool (ventilated windows and balcony door). We have been able to enjoy the storks present from the balcony! There is plenty to do in the area. Laura responded quickly to messages from us, super. Highly recommended to stay here!

There was a welcome gift for us which was unexpected but greatly appreciated!! She responded quickly with any messages. We were only here one night , but would easily stayed longer if we could!! I needed a safe place for myself and my car since I was moving house and had treasured items with me. I was able to park the car on the property in front of (and below) the room. The road is pretty quiet even though there it is on a (convenient) bus route into town. The room description is accurate, so it is quite quirky. Lots of potentially handy little items tucked away neatly in the room. Easy to get around without a car: I went into town by bus (stop is 20m away) and came back on an e-scooter that I was able to park opposite. I loved the availability of bikes. I rode around the lake and into town all on cycle paths.

The communication with Phil was quick, exemplary and super nice. When there was a short problem with the jacuzzi, he came right by to clarify everything. After that, he ran flawlessly again.
