Close to Melle, Chef Boutonne, Lac Le Lambon. 32km to Niort, 33km to Verteuil sur Charente, 40km Marais Poitevin, 90 km to La Rochelle. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Large family kitchen, large living room, dining room, laundry room & downstairs toilet. Outside there's a large terrace, 6x4 swimming pool, table, chairs, sun loungers & barbecue. Bed linen provided. We accept bookings for 4, 6 or 8 guests.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

À 7 mn à pied de tous les commerces , du cinéma et des 3 églises romanes. Vous pourrez également faire le tour de MELLE par le sentier de la découverte (arboretum) . Les propositions culturelles sont très nombreuses tout au long de l’année : Béta-lab, café associatif, soirées scientifiques, concerts et festivals

Entrée et parking privés, au rez-de-chaussée la partie salon avec canapé convertible, télé,barre de son bluetooth, Nespresso machine, frigo,bouilloire. au premier étage,la partie mezzanine surplombe le salon où se trouve la chambre et la salle de bain. La ferme se trouve dans un charmant hameau entouré de forêt.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Shared swimming pool open from May until September. Shared Jacuzzi - open all year. Large gardens, play area for the children, woods and small riverfront. Games hanger with pool table, football table, table tennis various toys, books, games, playhouse, childrens bikes and rise on toys.

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
