Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Melissi

Amazing! I will 100% stay again at Kyriaki’s location when in Loutraki. Everything went smoothly with the stay. Kyriaki is amazing! Great host and she is super kind and helpful. Great distance from the beach. Lots of restaurants. The apartment feels secluded high up. I can’t recommend this location more. (Great AC as well - and furniture and fixtures are updated and comfy).

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο, μεγαλύτερο αποτι στις φωτογραφίες. Ηταν 2 λεπτά μακριά από την θάλασσα, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Είχε ότι χρειάζεσαι, αυτό που ξεχώρισα σαν γυναίκα είναι ότι προσέφερε πιστολάκι μαλλιών κανονικό και, παρότι έφερα το δικό μου, ήταν πολύ θετικό για κάποια άλλη που ίσως ξεχάσει! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας, ήταν όλα άνετα και πολύ όμορφα! Το άτομο που συνομιλήσαμε ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, μας έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες και μας βοήθησε πολύ!! Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανα!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable Séjour dans cet appartement, plus grand qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Le logement était très propre, et correctement équipé. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, très bon séjour !

Very nice apartment right on the sea, a short drive from Ancient Corinth.

We loved our stay at Lieve's apartment. It was modern and very spacious with beautiful views and access to a private beach with clear waters. We could walk to the organised beach and restaurants easily or drive to many other villages and towns in the area, as there are lots to explore. Lieve and her assistant were excellent at communicating, and we felt really looked after. Thank you very much for your hospitality and we hope to come and stay again.

This was the third time I stayed at this place so obviously something has been right and suitable for me. The perfect thing is the immediate access to the beach which is not too crowded, The near by restaurants are good with good service and reasonable prices. There's also a new cafe/beer garden close to the place. I also cooked quite a lot for myself in the small kitchen of the apartment You have to walk 20-30 minutes to the town of Perigiali/Lechion for shopping which is ok. for me but it is an advantage to have a car. My hostess said the supermarket can also deliver home. This year an old friend of mine was staying in Kokkoni, west of Perigiali so I walked quite a lot the beach road towards that direction to see him and have a meal together in some of the tavernas along the road. Otherwise I have learned to catch the busses which traffic every hour between Corinth and Kiato and drive through Perigiali/Lechion main road. - The standard of the apartment is not luxury but good.

Amazing house to spend a night or few nights. You can turn on the AC or just open all windows (of course with mosquito nets) and hear the sounds of the nature while falling asleep. The house has everything you need, very private and safe. 100% recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay from the first minute when Panayiotis and his son welcomed us so kindly, we felt at home right away. The house is stunning, really inspiring, and we loved the orange trees with thousands of fresh oranges in the garden. It was a great base to explore archaeological sights and villages within one to two hours’ drive. We thank Panayiotis and his son for letting us stay in their family holiday house and for their wonderful hospitality.

What a great experience ! We stayed at the Saronic Villa with 2 families, and we are already planning the next time! The villa is on the beach, with a private exit to the beach that was only ours. The pool is lovely and right next to the beach, which greatly enhances the experience. There are many cute corners in the yard and the children didn't stopped playing and laughing in the yard. The villa was clean, and the host staff were amazing, they welcome us and answered every question we had. Thank you very much for a wonderful family experience.

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

Amazing apartment- amazing location- amazing host !!!! Totally and highly recommended!!!! Ειλικρινά μέχρι και τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε , δεν περιμέναμε πως θα ήταν τόσο τέλειο!!! Οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν είναι πολύ πολύ πολύ καλύτερο !!!!!!!!!!!

Localisation idéale pour rayonner dans le Péloponnèse, maison parfaite pour deux familles et hôte d’une grande gentillesse et très attentive à nos besoins. Ce que les photos ne peuvent pas montrer, ce sont les effluves de fleurs d’orangers qui vous saisissent au réveil. Magique.

Καταρχάς το σπίτι ηταν πεντακάθαρο. Μεγαλοι χωροι ειχε τα παντα κυριολεκτικά απο πετσέτες μεχρι καφεδες τα πάντα. Δεν μας ελειψε τίποτα περασαμε υπέροχα και οταν ξαναπαμε θα επιλέξουμε το ίδιο σπιτι. Ευχαριστούμε για ολα

This apartment ticked all our boxes. It was in a peaceful setting with a private patio overlooking lemon trees where we sat out in the shade to eat and drink. The kitchen was particularly well equipped for cooking and everything was at hand throughout the apartment. We only used one bedroom, but the second was spacious, allowing for my yoga mat. Kitchen table was suitable for working from and despite being a sub-basement, we found it light and airy and it was wonderfully cool in the heat of the day. A couple of minutes walk from bakeries and shops, a few more to the waterfront and lots of walks to do in the wider area. Our host was an excellent communicator.

Ειμασταν δύο οικογενειες, 6 άτομα, και περάσαμε τελεια. Ευρυχωρο, ευάερο, ευήλιο, όπως ακριβως περιγράφεται στο σάιτ. Οι διαχειριστες πολύ διακριτικοί μας τα ειχαν ολα έτοιμα. Μπόνους; Φτάσαμε 26 Δεκέμβρη και το διαμερισμα ηταν κομψότατα, χριστουγεννιατικα στολισμενο. Ότι χρειαζομασταν απο ψωνια σε αποσταση αναπνοης, καφες, μάρκετ και φαρμακείο. Απο τα καλύτερα που εχουμε κλεισει. Ευχαριστουμε πολύ.

The really best location in Loutraki if you come for few days or a week or two. The building is new, private parking lot, just few meters from Paralia/pedestrian area with dozen of cafes and simple restaurants, all with comfortable recently renovated terraces with sea view, beaches with chairs and showers. Balcony with large sofa, astonished sea view, especially during sunset. I have been visiting Loutraki since 1997 and that is why I can really recommend this apartment - the best location and very good quality = value for money. One thing to consider if you travel with kids or want to be undisturbed: there is a late night life in Loutraki and you may hear some music at 00.00 in the night. Which is a part of Loutraki experience. For us as adult couple traveling this time without kids this is nothing to think about anyway.

C’était un super bon séjour, tout était à la bonne distance, Nafplio ainsi que des belles plages. La maison impeccable et puis Χαρίκλεια très réactive avec nous pour nous aider à passer un bon séjour. Merci !!

Θέλωντας να περάσουμε τρεις όμορφες μέρες στους Αγίους Θεοδώρους, επιλέξαμε το σπίτι του Ηρακλή. Πραγματικά μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι μεγάλοι και μικροί. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Η μεγάλη βεράντα του με θέα την θάλασσα μας προσέφερε στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ο Ηρακλής καθ'όλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας ήταν σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Φιλικός και πολύ ευγενικός! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό & όπως παρουσιάζεται στην περιγραφή. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στις πλατείες. Κανένα θέμα με τον ιδιοκτήτη ο οποίος ήταν ευχάριστος και συννενοήσιμος.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Elena qui est très réactive et généreuse en bons plans pour bien découvrir les environs. Platanos est très calme mais très pittoresque; la plage est de l'autre côté de la rue mais il n'y a que deux restaurants dans le village. Il faut prendre la voiture pour se rendre à Aktra ou Diokopto. Séjour très reposant et idéal pour les amateurs de calme !
