This cozy modern cottage is just a five-minute walk from the Historic Downtown McKinney square where you'll find shopping, fabulous restaurants, pubs, wine tasting and more. This beautiful cottage was built in 1953 and enjoys the rich history of old McKinney. Completely renovated in 2020, it has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Decorated with an industrial flair, this cottage connects the present to the past. Nestled in the Historic District of McKinney you'll relax with all the modern comforts of home. After enjoying shopping and dining downtown, stroll back home to spend time with friends inside or on the back deck. Amazing Location Our cottage is less than a mile from the Cotton Mill, near many other wedding Venues, one mile from Tupps Brewery, and just a 12-minute drive to TPC Craig Ranch (the new home of the Byron Nelson golf tournament). Walking Distance Attractions include: All downtown McKinney Restaurants, Wineries, Pubs, Bars, Shops, and festivals! Favorite spots in downtown McKinney are The Yard (restaurant / bar with outdoor games, fire pits, also family friendly), Ricks Steakhouse (also has a really cool bar located in the back of the restaurant with live music on the weekends), Harvest (healthy farm fresh food from local sources) & Landon Winery. The Cottage Our cottage sleeps up to five with one king sized bed and one double bed with a pull-out trundle underneath. There is high speed WIFI access and three TV's with Netflix. You can also connect TV's to your personal Hulu, Prime Video, Ruko, HBO, etc. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking equipment, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, utensils, kitchen towels, coffee maker, coffee, creamer, etc. Laundry facilities include a full-sized washer and dryer. The backyard has a beautiful deck.

Long or short term rental. This cutie of a farm house was built in 1841 and is one of the oldest homes in Collin County. Wrap around covered porch with a swing to watch the sunset or overlook the 40 plus acres of rolling meadows and trees surrounding the home. Such a nice and quiet place to stay. The vintage theme is fun. A beautiful and fun backyard with a herb garden. The kitchen is nice. The little stove gets the job done perfectly if you bake. The host is so friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for the peaceful stay!

The Pond Palace was the perfect place for my 6 children ranging from ages 5-15. Everyone was so helpful when I had a question and so quick to respond. There are many people apart of their team and within minutes I would receive a response back. They provided me fishing poles to use and life jackets for the littles who needed them. My children enjoyed the paddle boats and petting the horse. The tiny home was the perfect space for me and my children with so much space to run around. We would definitely go again.

House was clean and peaceful. The house was equipment with all the necessities to allow for a pleasant stay. Wendy really went above and beyond to stock home with detailed amenities for maximum convenience. The area is located near plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. I would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend this stay. Hands down 5 of 5.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in McKinney! The space was clean, charming, and exactly as described. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like home. The location was quiet but still close to downtown and great restaurants. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. I’d absolutely stay here again!
