Mastua

Mastua is a very cozy little house that is peacefully located on a farm just 20 minutes drive from Trondheim. Two bedrooms with three beds, a wood stove, hotplates, fridge and running water in summer. Outside there is lush nature with many hiking opportunities in forests and mountains, large garden (for play and relaxation) with both campfire and table with benches. In the barn building nearby (about 50 meters) there is a new and cozy bathroom with shower and toilet. 5-minute drive to the store and 10 minutes to the mall.

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Tårnheim on Hølonda Tower in the woods Melhus

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Camping cabin

Small primitive newly renovated rural camping cabin that is completely secluded. Close to the salmon fishing river Gaula. Rest bench and fire pit (you must bring your own firewood/coal) right outside the cabin as well as chairs under cover at the entrance. The cabin is located about 200 m from the railway line, so noise and honking must be expected. The E6 is also located on the other side of the river. It's a good idea to bring a headlamp/flashlight if you need to go to the toilet after dark.

Great basement apartment located on Gimse/Melhus, recently completely renovated with great modern surfaces. 1 bedroom with 2 pcs 90 cm single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 pc 120 cm bed. Ceiling height approx. 2.12 cm, somewhat lower than standard ceiling height. Private entrance, bathroom and kitchen with necessary equipment. Private parking space for 1 car, 2 cars by appointment. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area with the nearest bus stop about 10 min walk from the apartment.

Parking for up to 2 cars by the cabin. Located in a peaceful area. Gas grill, all appliances, glasses and cups, towels available. Duvets and pillows for 6 people (6 single duvets + 6 pillows).

Modernization is in progress, so the images are updated as one is completed. 3 double beds inside the main cabin. 1 double bed and a family bunk bed in the annex. Road almost all the way, 150 m good trail in the summer. 5 km ski/snowmobile in winter. Transport can be arranged if desired. Connected to electricity, water solution with pump for shower, dishwasher, etc. 3 refrigerators, 1 small freezer.

Pleasant farm stay a stone's throw from Gaula

The small farm is located right by the river Gaula and is therefore perfect for those who like salmon fishing. Here you have good opportunities to be outside as the outdoor area is large. There is also a lot of outdoor furniture in the barn that will be available for you as a tenant. Three cabins are also located on the farm, they can also be rented if you are many.
