Casa do Fasco

The word 'fasco' is part of the Castrejo dialect. These are the weeds and straw remnants that are mixed with the rye grain after the threshing. In the threshing floor of the house where the grain was threshed, the wind blew hard and carried away the fasco, leaving the grain clean and ready to store. That's why our house is called Casa do Fasco. The house consists of two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with a shared bathroom on the first floor, and on the ground floor a fully equipped living room/kitchen.

Casa 1883 is located in the northernmost village of Portugal in Cevide marco n°1. As its name suggests, the house dates from 1883 and has been completely restored and renovated to offer you every comfort. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room with TV and Wi-Fi, 1 large kitchen with fireplace, 2 bathrooms and 1 outdoor terrace with barbecue. Free private parking. Bed linen, house linen and towels are provided.
