The location is ideal: Rennes (13 km), St-Malo (63 km), Mt St Michel (57 km). The village with all shops is 2 km away.

The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

We are located near Cap Malo (cinema, bowling, shops, golf, restaurants...), and 200 m from a bakery, and a farmhouse. Also ideal for someone coming to work in Rennes and wanting to avoid downtown Rennes. You can easily park on our street, which is a dead end.
