It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. The space is complemented by mid-century modern furnishings, high ceilings, and exposed beams. All doors open to a private patio and a naturalistic garden. The Sauna, located in the gravel garden looks out onto sculptures and plants.

The flat is on the first floor of a period townhouse on Dorchester Road, and is close to local amenities (Tesco Express, pub, Post Office and chip shop). Though totally separate, it is attached to our house and there is a lock box at your front door for you to collect and return your key. It has it's own allocated parking spot on our drive at the front of the house. We are minutes away from the beach and are close to town and amenities!
