It is one of the only houses in the medina of Meknes that has been renovated without undergoing any transformation the height of the ceiling of the Patio is 18 m on 3 levels, has 5 large rooms ( surfaces from 20 to 30m2) with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, Patio , reception:/living room Hammam and a terrace overlooking the mountain Zerhoune and the city. 10 years of work to preserve the authenticity and soul of this Riad, which I wish to share.

What a very lovely place to stay. The town is a place everyone should visit. Seemed like modern life had not touched this town! So fun to be in this type of friend welcoming environment The room we stayed in was perfect. Bed and bedding were so very cozy. Nice and quiet for sleeping. Do not go to restaurants. Eat your meals here. Her two host know English well and fix food that is some of the best we have tasted in Morocco.

We enjoyed our stay. Rose was extremely responsive. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. A simple thought like making sure there was an extension lead at the side of the bed to charge our phones was good. The place was suprisingly very quiet.

An amazing place to relax and take some time for a few days. A true cultural experience to stay in such a beautiful and traditional Moroccan home. The staff were overtly kind and helpful with an amazing Moroccan breakfast included.

Mejoraría la limpieza general del baño, pero por todo lo demás, fue una estancia linda. Volvería sin pensarlo.

We had an enjoyable stay at Aziz’s place. His staff also organised a private Hamam for us and was really helpful in case of any questions. Great breakfast. Only drawback: Meknes’ sights are mostly closed atm. We can highly recommend a stay at his place, though.

Prince - Riad Hiba

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans le Riad. L’hôte nous a même proposer une chambre plus grande à celle que nous avions réservé. Le Riad est magnifique et le personnel très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner sur le toit était très bon, de quoi commencer une bonne journée :). Je recommande vivement!

One Thousand and One Nights – Riad Hiba

What an amazing experience we had at this Riyad, it was truly special. If you are looking for an authentic experience this is it. The owner of the place & his employee welcomed us, they were very sweet. They provided is free breakfast as will which was great. I will not recommend this place with small children because there are many steep steps to walk up the rooms & terrace. It can also get a bit loud late evening or early mornings while children are sleeping. Otherwise we had no issues.

A detailed map of the archaeological site of Volubilis is displayed, featuring marked pathways leading to various monuments. Key locations such as the Basilica and the House of Orpheus are highlighted. The map includes directional arrows and a scale bar for visitor guidance.

hôte très accueillant toujours réactif au message, il a été de bon conseil notamment pour les restaurants. le logement correspond parfaitement à la description je recommande sans problème.

Thank you very much Karim for your hospitality, everything was very clear for all the explications that I needed to know in the city ! I felt very safe and secure ! I haven’t been served like this way since a while ( now I understand why Morocco with very famous for their hospitality ! ) my stay was absolutely magical, the home is really charming and stunning. I love the Moroccan breakfast, I was served as a real princess 👑 I will definitely come back for a long period next time.

Sehr sehr schönes Riad mit einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse, auf der man ein wirklich tolles Frühstück serviert bekommt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl es sich in der Medina befindet war es angenehm ruhig. Die Kommunikation ging einfach und schnell. Es war sehr sauber. In allen Bereichen war diese Unterkunft top und ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Danke für alles!

Nice Riad with 2 small swimming pools and excellent buffet for breakfast. Little bit crowded but all good. The boy the receives you is very helpful

A beautifully restored riad just on the edge of the Medina. Everything is within walking distance and only a short taxi ride from the train station. Everything matched the photos and description, but the roof terrace was outstanding! Breakfast was quite nice and enjoying it on the terrace made it even better! 100% recommended!
