This cozy apartment is fully accommodated and furnished as our family with two kids lives here in winter time. It has oak tree parquet, renovated widows, a small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. The sight from the windows features towers of the New Castle and the church of St. John. Apartment surrounded by two parks. The May Park (with the black swans and playground) is across the street. The Medieval castle is around the corner. Free car park is available in the yard, a nice extra.

Hillside's Rest Nest

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. On the ground floor there is cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a small hall with a balcony and toilet.
