It has oak tree parquet, renovated widows, a small kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating. The sight from the windows features towers of the New Castle and the church of St. John. Apartment surrounded by two parks. The May Park (with the black swans and playground) is across the street. The Medieval castle is around the corner. Free car park is available in the yard, a nice extra.

Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. Everything you need to feel comfortable - to cook and enjoy a meal, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. You can reach Žagarkalns and Ozolkalns skiing tracks within a 5-minute walk, and it takes 7 minutes to reach Gauja National Park nature trails. A 5-minute drive to the city centre, Medieval oldtown, Cesis castle, etc. There is clothes dryer in an especially equipped wardrobe. Guaranteed parking in the yard. Feel like at home!

We were delighted to visit Kārlis's accommodation. Kārlis and his wife were friendly and welcoming. Everything was very nicely set up and clean. The shower was good. Apart from normal kitchen appliances there is also a freezer available, which may be useful for longer stays. Our child had the possibility to play and run in the back garden. The location is a peaceful residential area some kilometres from the town centre. There is a decent sized grocery store some 7 minutes walk from the house.

We spent the weekend at this house for the second time! Everything is outstanding and we already knew! I can add what I especially notice here, little things that may also not be there to be exceptional! But there is.... a well-known brand of quality showers, hair washes, matched color towels, according to the interior, even the exterior, door fixers, all the way to the hinges of the cupboards, the dishwasher and it can go on and on.... Not everything is thought of, but thought hard more! Very tasteful!

We started our mornings watching the sunrise right from bed, through large windows facing the forest, with only the gentle sounds of nature around us. The interior is warm, tastefully decorated, full of light and thoughtful details — a cozy fireplace for quiet evenings and a hanging chair that invites you to relax and dream. The spacious terrace offers beautiful views of the pond and the charming wooden bridge — perfect spots for coffee, reading, or just walking barefoot. The hot tub is a wonderful bonus, and the outdoor grill makes it even more tempting to stay outside longer. Everything is clean, well-kept, and designed for complete relaxation.
