You enter our house,that is on the 1st floor without our presence. There is a safety box next to the house entrance with the key. Our house is very spacious and includes a sitting and dinnning area, three modern bedrooms with air condition and 1.5 bathrooms. It stands right on the Agrapidia beach. The only thing you will need, is your bathing suit and your flip flops. Important note: Please before booking , make sure that you have read all the information given about our house and the island.

The house is located in Spartochori, Meganisi,Lefkas. This is a quiet family house located at the entrance of the village. It is newly renovated, decorated with paintings, flowers and seashells. It has stone walls that offer unique insulation from the heat and a fireplace to keep warm, a large terrace, private parking, a beautiful view of the sea and a large garden with lots of flowers. The village shops are a five minute walk from the house and the nearest beach is a 2 minute drive.

The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. It has an outdoor space of 70sq.m with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers in the private pool measuring 4mX6m and 2.10 meters deep.

"POLYVOLOS HOUSE" got its name from my grandfather, Captain Giannis, who was called Polyvolos by the villagers . Every summer at the patio used to gather, grandchildren, friends and fellow villagers and the house was full of life.
