Vacation rentals with a balcony in Mediterranean Sea

If you are considering this apartment, stop considering it and just book it It’s stunning,. Amazing location, 3 large beautiful bedrooms and 3 large beautiful bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views. It’s perfect, really. If you drive, parking is plenty and one easy block away. Anna and her hosting group were so kind and helpful. We hated to leave.

Un appartement absolument charmant, très lumineux, très bien équipé , très propre, et très bien situé. Tout est à proximité, le centre ville , les restaurants, le parking ....et malgré cela l'appartement est dans une rue très calme. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Begoña , qui reste à l'écoute des locataires tout au long du séjour. un grand merci pour cet accueil .

Our home in Rome! This place exceeded our expectations. The place had all the amenities we could need. Well thought through. Alojsia was great to communicate and was quick to respond to any inquiries.

We loved our stay at Elina’s place and could not recommend it enough. It is by far the best equipped Airbnb with have stayed in, with plenty of amenities (and space!) for cooking. If you hire a car, on street parking was readily available, which allowed us to go a bit further afield. Elina’s recommendations and personal touches (fresh oranges and Cretan pies) really made our holiday. It is a well located apartment and easy to get to anywhere you want to be in Chania.

Awesome terrace for the cool mornings and calm evenings. Great location within walking distance of everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were very easy and host provided clear instructions. Really comfortable for a group of 4 adults.

We had a great stay at Villa Settefrati. A great holiday house with all that you need. Pino and Rita have been very welcoming hosts. Nothing beats the view. The house has a spacious terrace and large, well maintained pool. We can highly recommend staying at Villa Settefrati for your trip to Cefalu.

We had a lovely stay at Vedrana’s place. It is a very comfortable and clean apartment, and we especially appreciated the full kitchen, gorgeous balcony views, and comfortable space. It is very easy to navigate to all of the attractions from the location.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

This house was the place of legends. It was a profound experience to stay in a house that’s older than my country. The drive to it is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and it really is the most peaceful getaway. Manuel was extremely helpful and quick to respond. One of the greatest experiences of my life.

Our stay here was awesome. We were able to drop our luggage off at the apartment before check-in, and the location is great. 10 min walk from the train station, 10 min walk to Mercato Centrale. Plus, the hosts are lovely. I can see why the reviews for this place were so high. Definitely recommend staying here if you're coming to Florence.

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Our suite was beautiful and very clean! Our host left us lots of amenities which came in handy. Kostas was super friendly and went out of his way to help us get the most out of our stay. He had great suggestions and helped us navigate the island. We have nothing but great things to say and we can’t wait to come back and book with them in the future! 🩷

We loved this Airbnb! It’s in a fabulous location - right in the middle of everything, but as the immediate area is closed to vehicle traffic it is very quiet. There are great restaurants and cafes right outside the door, and the rooftop patio was a great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout was perfect for our group of four. Antonia was a wonderful and very helpful host. We highly recommend this place!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterlunft, die herrlich gelegen, etwas bergig mit Blick auf das Wasser gerichtet ist. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alle Utensilien die man benötigt zur Verfügung. Eine große Terrasse zum genießen inkl. Meerblick ist auch dabei! Wir sind mit Kind gereist (1,5 Jahre) und dem Kleinen hat es auch super gefallen, wir haben sogart ein Kinderbett bekommen. Vassil Stephani und Elisa haben uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und waren zu jederzeit erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolle Lage, fußläufig zu einem tollen Strand :)

Here’s review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a lovely escape from the busy city center. It was walking distance to all of the major tourist sights like trevi fountain and pantheon. It was about a 20/30 min taxi to Vatican. The space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend.

Me and my family loved Roberta’s place, it was simply a pleasure to be able to start our family vacation there. Roberta’s place reminded me of the simple but original idea of airbnb, to be able to experience the local culture and an unforgettable experience. highly recommended, fantastic location, perfect property, best host ever.

We had an amazing stay at Noelle’s place during our time in Rome! The apartment was exactly what we needed—clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Check-in was a breeze, with a team member already there to welcome us and help us settle in, which made arriving in a new city feel easy and stress-free. Noelle was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and offered great local recommendations that helped us make the most of our visit. Her instructions were clear and thoughtful—for example, while we couldn’t store our luggage at the apartment after check-out, she pointed us to nearby luggage storage options which worked out perfectly. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend Noelle’s place to anyone visiting Rome!

Angela and Alessandro’s apartment was perfect for us. Spacious, extremely clean, had everything we could possibly need including a comfortable bed. The location allowed us to be in a more authentic Naples but we could still walk to the Spanish Quarter and Centro Storico easily. If you prefer you can also take the Metro. Great pizza and cafe across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the real Naples.

Asso's Place was the perfect home for our family in Florence!  The most luxurious Air BnB we've found to date - with original paintings, a generous supply of records, DVDs, and books galore.  The Duomo felt so close that we could reach out the window and touch it. The location was walking distance from all the major attractions and excellent restaurants. Piero and Raffaela were perfect hosts, reaching out to us with information about restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit, and answering every question quickly. Raffaella greeted us in person and pointed out important features of the apartment.  All of our needs were met to perfection.
