The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. “Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

We are about 10 km from Noto, 450 meters above sea level on the Iblee hills, surrounded by dry stone walls and Mediterranean scrub. From the veranda, you can enjoy a unique and stunning view of the extreme tip of Sicily with the Mediterranean on the right and the Ionian Sea on the left.

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.
