Lovely Yarrow Point Carriage House

Set over a detached garage on a private estate on Yarrow Point in Bellevue, our 700 square foot carriage house has a private entrance and parking with peak-a-boo views of Lake Washington and a beautiful garden. Perfect for the travelling executive or couple, the carriage house is newly remodeled and offers the same little details you would want in your own home: Wi-Fi, 50” TV, SONOS Friendly, Keurig coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floors, comfortable queen size bed, 800 count bedding, washer/dryer, luggage stands, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The carriage house is perfectly situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood setting just 5 minutes from downtown Bellevue and Kirkland and 10 minutes from downtown Seattle (close to 520 bridge). This is a perfect get-away where you can relax and explore all the wonders of the beautiful Pacific Northwest — an ideal place to call home while you experience the culture and activities of Seattle. Less than 2 miles from Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square shopping centers, you are minutes from world class dining, shopping, entertainment, boating, hiking, skiing, and golfing. The carriage house is dedicated to hospitality: it is clean, spacious, and filled with the essentials. The kitchen is ready for the gourmet chef to cook and if cooking is not your passion there are many amazing restaurants that are just a couple of miles away. We live in the main house and will be happy to answer questions and to help make your visit perfect. Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. We love animals, but we are an allergy-free listing and cannot host pets. Finally, please respect that we are a smoke-free listing.

Kick back in this cozy suite while you wait for your flight. Have your own private space and full bath, with private entry. We have good access to downtown. 15 min walk to the light rail station or another 5 min to be at the front door of the airport! Make this your hub for all the sightseeing Seattle has to offer. We live here with our 10 mo old daughter, friendly pup and cat so you may see us in the front yard or porch. Ask about pets, as long as they are friendly it shouldn't be a problem!

My elderly parents and I chose James’ place for its proximity to our family in Medina and the single-level nature of the Airbnb. This daylight basement apartment was bright/light and the living spaces were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. James was very responsive to us during our stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay on Mercer Island! We had an amazing experience staying at Victor’s Airbnb on Mercer Island! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Victor was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. The location is perfect—centrally located and just a short drive to both Seattle and Bellevue. We loved that it was within walking distance to several great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores, which made our stay even more convenient. It’s also close to many of the area’s top attractions, making it an ideal home base for exploring. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We had a great stay at Alice’s place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and yet within walking distance to Old Bellevue where you can find excellent places to eat. Alice’s place is modern, tastefully decorated and full of natural light. The bathroom is spa quality with beautiful towels and high-end toiletries. Hubby loved the extra large TV. We highly recommend Alice’s place and hope to be back soon!

We stayed at this beautiful place for four days but could have been there for weeks! Loved everything about it! The amazing neighborhood of Madrona, the short distance to both the city and lake Washington, nice coffee and breakfast places and the beautiful architectural houses in the area. Geoff and Bryn gave the perfect amount of attention to details and it was obvious that they wanted us to feel like home - which we did! The best Airbnb on the market for couples looking for that relaxing atmosphere and the safety of hosts who just want you to feel safe and happy. Hopefully we will visit Seattle again, and I already know that we are staying here!

One of my favorite airbnb homes I have ever stayed in. Peaceful from the moment we walked in the door. Everything in the space was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and clean.
