Vacation rentals with a patio in Tunis

I stayed over a month and Amira was always very attentive. She quickly resolved any issues I had. The internet was fast for working and streaming. The main road is only 5 minutes walk away and it has many restaurants. The TGM (train) goes into Tunis, but during my stay it was closed to go in the other direction. Fortunately it's easy to find a taxi on the main road and it's very cheap. The beach is only one block from the main road and the water was not too cold to swim well into November.

Raouf and Monia were such gracious hosts! Very kind and responsive. Raouf helped me get to the apartment from the airport by speaking with my taxi driver to make sure I was dropped off at the right place, and Monia was there to help me carry my luggage into the apartment and show me around. Raouf proactively told me about the apps to use for rides and food delivery, and was super responsive to all of my questions. They were even kind enough to extend the check out time so that I wouldn't have to leave before the check in time of my next location. I was recommended this location by someone else who had stayed there previously, and I am happy to be another recommendation for them. Absolutely wonderful hosts!

Excellent accueil de Mohamed Amin! Il a été à mon service lors d'un problème que j'ai eu à mon arrivé. Il est à l'écoute et très réactif. L'appartement est bien équipé, propre, dans un endroit alme, entouré de bons commerces et pas loin du centre ville.

Le logement est conforme à la description, situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il a une cuisine séparée du salon, salle à manger, 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 2 ou 3 personnes. TV avec les chaînes du monde entier pour ceux qui regardent la télé en voyage. Situé dans une résidence calme à proximité du consulat du Maroc donc à 10 minutes de l' aéroport et à 15 minutes max de la médina en voiture. A proximité aussi de nombreux restaurants dont l excellent "Chez Yassine". On est arrivé tard à cause des retards de Tunisair et les parents de Ahmed étaient là pour nous accueillir. Merci. Bref on recommande sans soucis.

L'appartamento è come da descrizione e ha tutto ciò che serve. È a pochi passi sia dalla medina che dal centro città. La terrazza e il balconcino permettono di rilassarsi all'aperto e godere delle belle giornate. Youssef è molto gentile, amichevole, premuroso e sempre disponibile ad aiutare in caso di bisogno.

Definitely a great and very caring and responsive host. she went out of her way to accommodate us. I should have asked first, but there was no salt, pepper or oil so had to get those. Other than this excellent stay and host!

La maison est vraiment très belle en particulier les espaces communs qui sont juste magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus. Le rapport qualité-prix pour la suite que nous avions est assez imbattable, petit bémol pour le quartier qui est la Soukra et non pas la Marsa : si vous souhaitez sortir le soir il faut prendre le taxi et ne pas s'aventurer dans les environs après une certaine heure. Cela dit si vous vous déplacez en voiture, c'est assez centrale entre la partie centre de Tunis et le plage.

Our stay was truly a paradise, this house looks like a real museum and the service offered is undoubtedly first class. The location is ideal, a small oasis in the middle of the capital, the kindness of the staff and the owner is also remarkable: there really isn’t half a bad thought about this curated property. We will definitely come back and recommend this villa to anyone that comes across the opportunity to stay here, truly a beautiful experience. Thank you again for everything.

The place was really great, super clean, modernist style with a nice atmosphere, I rate 1000 over 10, I recommend it for anyone who wants to get a peaceful holiday.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and calm. It’s close to gyms, restaurants, a museum, and many other places, which made it a great location. The host was kind and helpful—she sometimes checked in on us, and whenever we needed something, we could contact her and she was always ready to help. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The apartment is definitely worth the price, Highly recommended!

Très bon séjour dans cette villa très bien entretenue. Nous sommes restés 1 semaine avec ma femme et mes enfants, tout s'est très bien passé. Villa calme, piscine en partage avec 2 petites villas attenantes. Nous retenons la gentillesse du papa du Khaled qui nous a très bien accueilli et facilité notre départ. La villa n'est pas vraiment dans le centre de la ville mais cela n'est pas très grave, une bonne marche à pied ne fait pas de mal ou les taxis sont facilement accessibles pour tout déplacement. Nous recommandons ce logement qui ne nous a pas déçu. Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir, nous reviendrons certainement dans cette villa.

Zeineb’s place was absolutely perfect. Had an amazing stay. The place was equipped with everything I needed. It was clean, comfy, in a perfect location and worth the price. Nothing negative to say about this place. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Zeineb was always responsive to the messages and left clear instructions regarding the check in. C’est déjà la troisième fois que je séjourne ici, et chaque fois, je me sens accueillie avec autant de chaleur. The best part of our holiday was definitely that our house was wonderful. It was very easy to get to the airport, markets, shopping malls or various food places. We could spend time walking. Our host's father was a very friendly person, I would like to thank him again from here. He helped us a lot when we were trying to find the house. Basic materials, everything we needed was available. I left a house with very nice memories behind from my vacation.

I am someone who knows Tunisia in and out, and getting a reliable place with an honest host is not easy. It has been an amazing journey and Aymen has been a fantastic host, very accommodating, super responsive and just a perfect host - easy going, honest, and helpful. What else would you need ?
