This is a comfortable home. You can also walk for miles on roads or up on Roxy Ann Peak . I felt very safe here. A great neighborhood.

It was a beautiful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the patio was amazing. The spa was a luxury. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely comfortable cabin really close to Ashland but away from the high prices and crowds. Best of all, it's right around the corner from the Rafting Companies and great local restaurants. The house is spacious and beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood even though it's super convenient to the Interstate. Hosts were helpful and made everything easy. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Great place with beautiful surroundings. You’re right on the farm but still 10 minutes from Ashland where we followed Kelly’s recommendation and had a great dinner at the Italian bistro. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Perfect amount of space for 2 people.

Great stay once again! Hosts are very accommodating. The location is perfect for visiting Medford, Jacksonville and Grants Pass. And Gold Hill is a great place for daily walks. House is well stocked with everything you might need. We hope to visit again next year.

This is a special place and a special host. The space is light and airy, beautifully furnished and decorated, with many lovely touches. The kitchen was generously stocked. There were even fresh flowers in several places throughout the bungalow. The garden was a delight, with many nooks for sitting or stretching out, and flagstones with little blue flowers in between. Tambo has a special gift for true hospitality. Everywhere you looked you could see the touch of an artist, and a desire for her guests to have a joyful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hideaway! The studio was very well appointed and super comfortable. Our host thought of everything we could possibly need. The area is in a more rural, country setting, which is what we love. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Ivan's this past week was exactly what my little family and I needed! We live in Grants Pass but, we love to do little getaways/staycation. His studio and propert were beautiful, quiet and, peaceful. Loved watching the chickens and babies. Definitely recommend for a staycation or if you're from out of town this is an amazing little Airbnb.

Kathleens yurt was amazing and in a beautiful location! She and her husband were very friendly and helpful. There were so many nice extra things like a record player with a library of records. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely stay for a girls weekend! The weather was gorgeous and we spent a fair amount of our time outside at the pool and the lawn looking out onto the river. There was a wedding at a location across the river so we got to have lovely background music while we chatted. Literally the PERFECT weekend for us!

Well worth the 14 minute drive out of town. The ranch is gorgeous with thoughtful features throughout (fire pit, roping practice, rope swing, seating areas with the best views in mind). We spent the majority of our trip just enjoying the house and space as the entire ranch feels like a vacation! Quiet. Hut tub was clean and warm. The pool was lovely, we would consider coming back in the summer just to enjoy the pool!

My husband, dog and I had a great stay. The location was great and the landscaping of the property was impeccable. My dog can be sensitive to unknown noises but the property was very quiet and private so we didn't have any issues. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day and sitting by the river with a beverage was a highlight of the stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed for our anniversary and it was exceptional to say the least. Beautiful land, our cottage looked out towards the alpaca sanctuary. Friendly free-range chickens came to pay us a visit while we cooked our dinner on their very clean barbecue. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary s’mores bar and fresh eggs for breakfast! Also, I was able to bring my cat, who accompanies us on our adventures but unfortunately isn’t welcomed at all of the places we try to stay at. Over all, very accommodating, private, and beautiful. The perfect getaway spot! Highly recommend!

Christina was an excellent host and her spot is exactly as described; peaceful, beautiful and scenic. She was very helpful in letting me know the various activities to do around the area. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the massive oak tree as a part of our view was breathtaking. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place - indoor and out - that Emily has created. Perfect location to enjoy the area and wind down in peace & quiet.

Bryanna's place is spotless, very beautifully decorated and spacious. There were all the amenities that are shown in the photos. She was friendly, flexible, and responsive about checkin. Very minor, but the bed pillows were extremely flat and the twin beds not the most comfortable. All in all a great stay, if a bit pricey for the area.

This was just a short stop for me, but I could feel the care and heart that’s been poured into this place the moment I walked in. It’s beautifully decorated, cozy, and truly one of the most thoughtfully prepared stays I’ve experienced. You can tell the owners genuinely love this home and want their guests to feel welcomed and cared for. From the basket of goodies to the fully stocked bathroom (yes—Qtips, feminine products, all the little things you always wish places had), it’s clear they go above and beyond. Those extra touches? They don’t go unnoticed. The home was spotless, peaceful, and warm—and I left feeling grateful. Thank you for your kindness and for creating such a lovely space. It’s rare, and it’s deeply appreciated.

This place is an absolute gem! The property is beautiful - we especially loved our mornings on the porch, drinking coffee and watching the turkeys and deer walk by. The yurt is very cozy, and it was stocked with everything we could’ve needed and more. If we didn’t have so much planned to do, I would’ve been happy spending all day there, sitting in the hammock or by the creek reading, or even just laying in bed (the mattress in the yurt is sooo comfy!) The surrounding area is full of awesome trails and river spots, and the yurt’s still a super quick drive from town if you need to grab food or anything. It was an easy 1.5 hr or so drive to Crater Lake too! Anne was also an incredible host - just the sweetest person! She made us feel right at home, and was so helpful during our stay, which ended up being longer than we originally planned. But we’re grateful for the extra time we got to spend on there, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great spot for a short stay for our group of 3 adults. Very clean and well taken care of. As others have mentioned the neighborhood is “colorful”, but nothing too crazy. The only thing that’s wasn’t ideal is one of the neighbors has a dog they keep outside that barks all night long. Not the hosts fault in any way—-but If you are a light sleeper I would heavily recommend bringing ear plugs. Other than that it’s very convenient and a wonderful value.

From the moment we drove up the cottage was so picturesque. This host has thought of everything! The kitchen had everything you needed and was a large space decorated very nicely. The bedroom was very inviting. Bed slept comfortably . Bathroom was so well appointed. Everything so easy to access. . We throughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with the surroundings. Magical. Thank you hosting us. Hope to return

We had a great stay in the cottage. It was as pictured and comfortable. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've had in a rental. Would definitely stay again!
