5 Stars – A Beautiful Stay with Outstanding Hospitality Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The home itself was exceptionally clean, well-kept, and just as lovely as the pictures—if not more! What truly made our experience stand out was the incredible hospitality from Luis, the manager. He was attentive, kind, and always available. When one of our guests became ill, Luis quickly recommended a doctor who came to the house and provided care—something we were extremely grateful for. We did experience low water pressure at one point, but Louise addressed the issue right away and resolved it efficiently. His responsiveness and care made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return. Thank you, Luis, for making our trip so enjoyable!

My family and I were extremely happy with the stay, Jessica and Jorge were very friendly and helpful from the first moment, which makes it an unforgettable experience. They were the nicest people we've ever had the chance to have as our hosts. The house is very nice, the pool is very clean and the pool water feels super warm It has three bedrooms, two with a full bathroom and at the entrance of the house there is another half bathroom. The lake is beautiful, you can see the maintenance they give it and it is two minutes by car from the house or ten minutes walking. There is an Oxxo at the entrance of the subdivision and security at the entrance The directions were super clear, which makes it very easy to arrive What my family and I loved the most is Jessica and Jorge's service, and it is definitely 100% recommended. The next time we visit Veracruz, we will gladly stay again

The service was excellent, the house was impeccable, the area is very quiet to go to rest and is close to beaches that are not as crowded as Boca del Rio, very nice house.

It's a quiet area very close to Plaza Américas, you can walk there without any difficulty, and if you have a vehicle you can feel safe since it's under surveillance 24 hours a day, I highly recommend this place, every instruction is very detailed so that you don't have any questions when you arrive, the host was very kind and attentive.

very comfortable place, quite spacious everything works well water, climates, television internet, it is very close to the dorado, by car you can quickly reach anywhere, we could not use the aberca but if it looks good enough in general everything is fine

Excellent place to stay, I highly recommend the accommodation, the subdivision is super quiet and with the amenities of the Oxxo, gym, pool and lake, the view of the lake is super incredible, everything is very comfortable, Raul is always attentive to us and with very clear directions. I highly recommend Raul and his accommodation, and of course we will be staying here again.

Excellent place to meet Veracruz, everything was clean, the amenities were incredible, I had the opportunity to cook, wash my clothes and the host very attentive in everything, the place is demeaned comfortable, I will definitely return to this suite.
