Family-friendly vacation rentals in Medellín

It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Excelente alojamiento, la zona es muy linda, el apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos, un poco más grande de lo que imaginé por lo cual para 3 personas es ideal, muy bonito, completamente pulcro, cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, se encuentran restaurantes y bares caminando a dos cuadras, yendo hacia el parque El Poblado, que es de las mejores zonas. Es muy tranquilo, se puede descansar muy bien en la noche, agua caliente en ducha, el aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien, a pesar de eso si uno abre el balcón que es bastante grande, se siente muy fresco el apartamento, y casi ni se necesita del AA. Excelente internet, las zonas comunes también son tal cual y la vista desde esa terraza es espectacular. Muy cerca caminando a los mejores sitios turísticos. Al metro caminando son como 10 minuticos pero si se quiere tomar taxi es muy cerca y económico. En resumen todo excelente, 10 de 10, superrecomendado! gracias Daniel!

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, la estación del tranvía está a una cuadra, esto te permite ahorrar dinero ya que el tranvía te comunica con muchos lugares dentro de la ciudad de una forma fácil y rápida, sobre todo económica. El sector es tranquilo y hay varios comercios cerca para hacer tus compras del día a día, el guarda de seguridad es muy atento y te brinda información clara. Lina te deja recomendaciones dentro el apto acerca de la ciudad y alrededores de la vivienda, la única recomendación es el colchón, es un poco incómodo ya que el estado físico de este tiene un desnivel había un costado, por lo demás es excelente opción para una estadía corta.

Beautiful and Spacious apartment! Peaceful and quiet location, but still very close to restaurants and nightlife. Jacuzzi is great and views from rooftop terrace are amazing. Diego is a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Marcela was an amazing host. From time I booked to time I checked out Marcela has been so helpful and responsive. I will definitely stay at Marcelas again, if you're coming to Columbia I highly recommend this place.

Como recomendación entregar un control adicional para el ingreso a las puertas automáticas teniendo en cuenta que la finca es para grupos grandes y no todos salen al mismo tiempo siempre.

Nuestra estado en Medellín fue espectacular desde el apartamento y su vista hermosa a la ciudad. Fue muy fácil moverse en Uber, hay un supermercado cerca para lo básico que necesites. Apartamento comodo y con lo que necesitas. Definitivamente volvería nuevamente. 😊

This was my second booking at Albertos place within 3 months. I've found that he is a easy host and his home contains absolutely everything needed for a long stay. if you are looking to experience Centro Medellín, then this is the perfect place to stay.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious, the apartment is actually bigger than I thought. from the check-in to the check-out everything was great. the building is beautiful, safe, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for work from home, good internet, has nice desk for work. the apartment has everything you need for long stay. I highly recommend

Andres’ apartment is in the perfect location. It’s far away enough from all the loud partying but still walking distance from the restaurants and clubs. The place was exactly as described and we had no issues with our stay. The doormen make you feel safe especially when you’re coming home late at night. The views are incredible too! There’s a nice patio where you can end your night while overlooking all of poblado. Andres was also quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had while we were on our way to the apartment. All appliances worked and we had zero issue with anything in the apartment. Next time we come to Medellin I will definitely contact Andres again.

La casa de María es el mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado en Medellín. Y han sido muchos alojamientos conocidos en la ciudad. Inigualable el valor ofrecido en ubicación, armonía del barrio, equipamiento de la casa y en especial la cordialidad y profesionalismo de María. Volveré.

La habitación es muy bonita y se muestra tal cual las fotos. El único problema es que por las madrugadas , por estar cerca a la 70 hay demasiada bulla de gente ebria por la calle

Departamento amplio, bonito, agradable con acceso seguro, aunque en la zona no encontramos lugares donde comer o comprar super, solo una pequeña tienda.

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!
