This Spacious Apartment combines modern looks with high ceilings for you to enjoy while you have a nice morning of working with our high speed internet connection. You can have a good coffee while you have a Zoom meeting and having the best weather in the world to acompany you. If you miss something for breakfast or lunch, don't worry, you can walk one or two blocks and find everything you need to have some toasted bread and eggs on your table or your desk if you're a little late to a meeting.

The window opens to an indoor hallway (not exterior), offering privacy and quiet. Perfect for solo travelers or short stays. Located near the Atanasio sports complex, Floresta metro station, and La 70 nightlife zone. A basic and functional space with everything needed to explore Medellín comfortably.

The location is excellent; one block away is the Unicentro shopping center and it is approximately 20 minutes from three metro stations (Estadio, Sudamericana and Exposiciones); as well as 30 minutes from Pueblito Paisa and downtown, for those who like to walk. We have a cozy atmosphere, we are pet friendly.
