Vacation rentals with a patio in Meares Island

Great stay, perfect location & lovely apartment.

My family and I stayed for a few nights and absolutely loved the space. The pictures don’t do it justice. We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the wildlife and boaters. The accommodations were comfortable and peaceful. It was very close to some restaurants and cafes. We had a great first night at Frankie’s which is right next door. We were happy we stayed in Ucluelet over Tofino.

We loved our stay at Island Vista. A idilc setting - within 2 minutes of getting out onto the lovely balcony a bald eagle flew right past us. The property had everything we could have wanted and it was great to have some outside space. Perfect location on the edge of Tofino town - less than 5 mins from the centre and lots of walking/cycling trails within easy reach. Also Jamie’s Whaling is right next door (we did a whale trip and bear trip and both were fantastic). Lots of amazing restaurants close by - don’t miss out on Shelter and the Shed. April was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Thanks a lot - we look forward to coming back one day!

Beautiful location with everything you need for a great stay. We’ve been watching eagles hunting from our balcony 🥰 Check-in was super smooth and no issues during the stay.

We love the location of Terrace Beach resort and absolutely adore Ucluelet, especially for the Wild Pacific Trail and its endless beauty. Jenn’s place was well suited for the 2 of us. The unit was super clean and comfy and well laid out. It doesn’t have an oven (probably due to space) but a bbq is provided just outside the unit. The beach and the Wild Pacific trail are directly accessible from the resort. Bryan, who is a co-host for this unit, is extremely helpful and proactive in providing information needed as well as super nice.

Mackenzies place is just amazing! Totally as described and pictures! In front of water, beautiful one bedroom with all things you need to stay:) location is also amazing. It’s at entrance of downtown Tofino. Lots of activities are able to do without car. One of the beach(Tonquin beach)were able to walk even my 5y old daughter! Other beaches also just about 5-10min drive. It wasy first time to visit Tofino and I was so happy to be able to stay Mackenzie’s place! Definitely recommended and I hope we will have a chance to stay again:)

We loved our stay. It was very clean & cozy & very well kept. It was exactly as described. One fridge was more like a freezer (that we could control) which we appreciated for our frozen foods! Even with it not being a full kitchen we still felt able to cook which was nice. The hot tub was lovely after long days of surfing. Felt very safe in a very quiet neighbourhood. Host was kind enough to let us check in early.

Spent 5 nights here in May 2025. Located in a beautiful spot with easy access to a beautiful hike along the water. The view from the hot tub is stellar. Lots of thoughtful amenities in the kitchen. We felt right at home! Bryan was friendly, had amazing local recommendations and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a really lovely stay! The house is cozy and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised by how well we slept, it was very restful!

This was our family's first trip to Vancouver Island, and Tofino. The house was absolutely beautiful, and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the door. The living area was open and bright, the kitchen was nicely appointed with everything you need. The 3 bedrooms were roomy and cozy at the same time. We used the sauna, and it was the nicest amenity after a long walk on Chesterman Beach. It got really hot, which we all loved!! Robes were provided in each bedroom, such a nice touch, and a separate storage area for surfboards for those that like to surf. The living room had sliding doors that opened with screen doors, so we could listen to the sounds of the rolling waves just through the trees. Amazing!!!! The beach is just a short 3-5 minute walk ( take a right out of the driveway, and the beach walk sign is down on the left). Chesterman Beach is absolutely stunning. We would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Tofino.

My family and I agreed that this was one of the most beautiful and nicest airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed in. The interior and design of the space is so thoughtful and intentional. This airbnb is the perfect spot as it’s close to restaurants, cafe, and beaches but also tucked away so there’s still some privacy. Not only that, the home is so clean and comfortable for lounging and relaxing. We especially loved the open kitchen and living space. Thank you to Mik & Adam for our wonderful stay in Tofino! When we come back, we will definitely be staying here again.

One of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed in . Thoughtfully designed and functional for the area . Huge windows let you seep in the old growth rainforest from every room. You feel isolated yet five minutes from all the beaches , restaurants , Gaia co op , etc. we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub , both well maintained and such fun to use after surfing in the cold waves. Beds are comfortable , very clean, well stocked kitchen , big dining room table to enjoy meals with your group . We enjoyed the back deck where you can hear all sorts of beautiful birds and take in the sounds of the ocean and rainforest . it’s complete bliss . A walking path through the woods is delightful and leads you to the beach. feel grateful to have stayed here in this home on such a unique and peaceful property . The hosts are interesting and delightful people . Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. Access to the beach was a few steps away and we spent a lot of time walking the beach and scouring the rock pools for creatures. This worked perfectly for our family. We made use of the deck and BBQ a lot and soaked up the sun. I came home rested and I would recommend this beautiful home to everyone. Betty was wonderful and responded quickly to all my questions. I will definitely be back hopefully for a longer stay.

Our stay in Ucluelet at Geordie’s place was a dream! The view over Little Beach is so beautiful, and we were treated to some stunning sunsets from the hot tub on the deck! Geordie was helpful in accommodating a bag drop off earlier than the designated check in which was super helpful. The location is amazing and walkable, and we felt so comfortable and at home right away. We will definitely be back next year for another trip! Thank you so much Geordie!!!

Such an amazing person to deal with and one of my favourite vacations ever.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathleen and Colin's. The view was amazing and it was an easy walk to all of the sites in Ucluelet. We had a slight issue with the dishwasher, which was addressed right away. Thank you! Keyless entry made it easy to access the suite and there was lots of parking behind the building. We'll miss waking up the beautiful harbour view!

Second time staying here and it’s just amazing! The location is incredible! The apartment is so clean and accommodating! Rino is a great host and we can’t wait to stay here again :)

Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 2 adults, 2 kids. The location was fantastic with access to the Wild Pacific Trail and Big Beach in less than a 5 minute walk and a 5-6 minute drive to the town centre. Beautiful view of the ocean and very quiet and tranquil. Definitely would stay again when we travel to this part of the island in the future!
