We had a wonderful stay! The hosts Alex and Joelma were extremely friendly and receptive from the start, always helpful and considerate. The house is excellent: very wide, comfortable and ideal for hosting larger groups. The place is super quiet, great for resting and enjoying with family or friends. There was only one small detail with the showers — it's not possible to connect two at the same time without the power dropping — but once we arrived, the hosts explained everything to us clearly and that didn't hurt our experience at all. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Well ventilated and safe house.

I loved the space! Sauna, pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is short, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that would be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
