Beachfront vacation rentals in Meaípe Beach

Very well organized house, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The only thing that was lacking was that the house was very musty, very humid and the bedding smelled musty, other than that Christian was very attentive. If it doesn't smell like mold, I'll be back more often

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

The property is very well located, in a building facing the beach. The beach is spectacular, excellent for families with children.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with a great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just a note, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. Not only will we be back, we recommend it!

Excellent stay... flexible check-in and check-out, with clean linens and towels... they even brought cleaning supplies and soap powder... although I didn't use any of it I thought it was a nice touch... since nothing is perfect: the TV is not smart... but luckily there was a Chromecast there that we were able to use...

We loved the days we spent at the ape. Beautiful, great location, very airy. It's really worth it !!!!

Everything was excellent! The view is wonderful, the pool is always clean, the apartment was super organized. I think the biggest difference was the towel and bedding kits that were arranged with great care. Check-in was flexible, which was great for us to put our bags inside the apartment and enjoy the day without worries. We loved the stay, we hope to return!

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

A great space for rest and tour , very close to the supermarket and restaurants, all very organized and clean, I loved my lodging , and the host very polite and always available, I will come back other times ❤️

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious and airy, one of the rooms with an ocean view, air-conditioning in all of them, very comfortable mattresses, Smart TV in the living room, and a kitchen with all the necessary items. You don't even need to cross the street to get to the beach, in fact, right on the sand, very safe for children. The pool was always warm, perhaps because of the local temperature. The neighborhood is a noble area of the city, very pleasant, quiet and peaceful, great for an afternoon walk. Fabrício responds quickly to questions. We'll be back for sure!

We felt at home, extremely pleasant experience, we had no issues whatsoever, in fact it is a true corner of paradise. Shirley was very attentive and always concerned about maintaining our well-being throughout the stay. In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to get in before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that this is a matter of safety. Would recommend to others.
