Downtown Hide in Plain Sight Home

The house is located over 100' from the road, but is within view when you drive by. Parking is hidden from the street. A Verizon cell tower camouflaged as a pine tree is on the property. You will be 2 blocks from the Courthouse Square where you will find lots of shopping and restaurants, and is home to the Magnolia Blossom Festival in May. You will also be less than 2 miles from the Southern Arkansas University campus. I live in the neighborhood, and can usually be reached quickly if needed.

Cozy enough just for two, however- for larger groups, the main house can be booked separately (if available). Separate parking available for each. Must use stairs to enter The Quaint. Clean private bedroom and bath

Recently remodeled room with hardwood floors, private entrance, and private bathroom. Easy access through an exterior door on the back patio with 3 steps. There are no shared spaces with the rest of the house where host lives. Located in the Berg neighborhood with a wooded area behind the house and low traffic streets that are easily walkable. Minutes away from the Trace - a two mile paved walking/biking trail that takes you to downtown Camden with several restaurants. Queen bed.
