This house is a quiet recluse on the marsh and a tidal creek. It faces Sapelo Island and is close to St. Simons, Jekyll, and Savannah. Great for naturalists with a 1.5 acre fresh water pond for exotic birds and wildlife and near to the Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge. We have 2 double kayaks, a canoe, 8 bikes, a hot tub and a sky for stargazing. The well-equipped kitchen opens to the great room with bedrooms on each wing. Pets welcome and plenty of parking.

Hidden Oasis!

The perfect place to relax! The whole home has been remodeled. Fenced-in backyard has artificial turf, beach walk-in saltwater pool & oversized 8'x8' hot tub. The fire pit & string lights make for perfect nights outside. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a deck that overlooks the pool area, with patio furniture to enjoy your mornings or evenings. Private Deep Water Dock on the Sapelo River! The main house is approximately 1100 sq ft and features two bedrooms upstairs, each with queen beds and a pull out couch. There is one full bathroom on the upper floor and another on the downstairs level. The 250 sqft “Bunk House” features a twin over full bunk bed, additional full mattress underneath and a futon in classic coastal style. There's a full bath, additional fridge and kitchen sink.

The home is one hour south of Savannah and 30 minutes to the lovely beaches of Jekyll and Sapelo Islands. This area is certainly a birder's paradise!

This place exceeded our expectations. It was clean. The property was perfectly situated and sized. The amenities were amazing. It allowed our family to have an actual vacation. We relaxed and had fun. Most everything was provided, from fishing equipment to firewood. We enjoyed the pool, the piers, the bikes... In short, we will be returning.

Paradise on the Marsh @ Linda's Way

I have to say that Miss Linda’s place on River Dr was absolutely amazing! We had a general idea of what we had rented but when we got there we were stunned to find out how close the dock was, how we were able to fish and go crabbing…let’s just say we enjoyed a nice fresh shrimp/blue crab boil one night. Her place is furnished in a beach kinda feel and was so quiet. All we heard at night were the chirping and sounds of the wildlife. We saw deer and bunnies. She even asked during our stay if we were enjoying ourselves. I can tell you right now that has never happened for us. I HIGHLY recommend this place to friends who need some time away or family. We WILL be coming back. Oh and everything is close by. Restaurants etc. Thank you Miss Linda you and your home were amazing!

This place is absolutely beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about it. We got married here and it was perfect. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Only cons are the beds aren’t terrible but they aren’t the most comfortable either. For the price I wish it had slept more people but truly the pictures don’t do it justice. It truly is the most beautiful home and property I’ve ever been. John the property manager was great as well! Thanks!

We could only stay one night, but I wish we had more time. I landed in the porch and spent all afternoon in to the evening there, and in the early morning. It was so peaceful looking out into the marsh. The place was adorable, everything we needed.
