House vacation rentals in McGregor

We had a lovely weekend in Mcgregor what a beautiful house it had everything we needed and it was spacious, the pool was great to have to beat the summer heat. The kitchen has everything you need for a braai and plenty of seating areas to sit back and relax both inside and out. Would highly recommend.

We had an enjoyable couple of nights here . A lovely property with the added bonus of alpacas and springbok . The restaurant on site should by tried by all who stay - serving superb food and wine . A good location for exploring the area too . The best views you can imagine from the master bedroom . Give it a try !

Absolutely loved our 3 day stay! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and in the perfect location, everything was within easy walking distance. The host was incredibly responsive, provided accurate details, and made check-in a breeze. I’all definitely stay again on my next visit to Greyton.

This place magical and beyond what is seen in pictures! The attention to the very little details was amazing! Super peaceful place and highly recommended for anyone likes to get out of the city life and relax. What a beautiful spot! The view is exquisite, it is very quiet and private. So peaceful. The pictures don’t do it justice. Unit is comfortable and we utilised the much needed indoor fireplace. The kitchen has pretty much all you need to make meals. The one bathroom only has a bath, so bear that in mind if you are sharing with others. A magic spot in an awesome location! Susanna was very responsive to requests. We had a wonderful time. Thanks Susanna!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Robertson! The house is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights, and the gardens were absolutely stunning – a peaceful setting to enjoy morning coffee or a morning stroll. The highlight for us was definitely the pool – clean, inviting, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back!.

Wir verbrachten drei wunderbare Tage in diesem aussergewöhnlichen Haus. Die Terrasse ist toll und die Aussicht einzigartig. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch hat uns nicht gestört, dass wir von Hand abwaschen mussten. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist nicht ganz ohne, sehr steil und unbeleuchtet. Der Nachtwächter Albert war sehr liebenswert. Wir werden dieses Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen .

We had an amazing stay at Gordon’s place in MacGregor. The house is fully equipped with everything that you would need, making it feel like a real home away from home. The house was spotless, and the linen and beds so comfortable. The fireplace was the real treat, and we had a great time over a few bottles of wine. The nature reserve is a short walk from the property, and was a beautiful place to take our dogs. The scenery is gorgeous and peaceful, the entire stay was amazing. Gordon is a superb host, super friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to every message. We will definitely be back in Summer to enjoy the pool. We highly recommend Gordon’s house for an incredible break away just a short drive from Cape Town. Thanks Gordon for your hospitality.

A nice place to stay in a lovely town. We arrived in the rain, so walking wasn't a great option, but a short drive to restaurants. We struggled a bit with the directions to get in but Alida arrived within minutes to help us out. Wine was appreciated after a long days drive.

A charming house that is set in a beautiful little town, made the most lovely countryside retreat. We had a wonderful time and the dogs adored the large garden too. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful spot in Greyton. The house is off the main high-street and lovely & peaceful, but still within a short walking distance of the shops and start of the hiking trails. The interior was beautifully laid out and had everything we could have needed along with a wood-burner for the chillier nights.

Our stay was wonderful. There was a well sized fenced garden perfect for our large dogs. There was a large party near by and the dirt road next to the house was a bit noisy at night. Overall, would recommend.

Just returned from an all girls family weekend spent in the gorgeous hamlet of McGregor, where we spent much of our childhood during the 70’s and 80’s. The cottage was perfect for our needs. We spent most of our time out in the back, facing the lovely country garden. Inside we were impressed by the crisp clean linen and and attention to detail. We forgot our games at home, but luckily they has some for us. We also liked the three en suite bathrooms and ample space. We will hopefully return to the cottage and the beautiful area soon.

My fiance and I had such a lovely stay. Moses and his family were such welcoming and wonderful hosts. When we arrived there was a lovely gift and sign welcoming us. They also had a little book and great local recommendations. Moses also saw us arrive so came to say hi and make sure we had everything we needed. The cottage itself is a welcoming space, the bed is incredible, we slept SO well! We definitely recommend Moses place for a couple or single person visiting Greyton.

Laleli was a perfect getaway for our family! We loved the big garden and cozy nooks all throughout the house. The location is great and allowed us to easily walk into town. There is a resident cat who can be a little feisty, but keeps mostly to himself. All in all, a beautiful spot - would definitely recommend for a peaceful family holiday.

We stayed at 13 on Grewe for 12 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The owner Laura was in touch before arrival and also available during our stay for anything we might have needed. The WiFi connection was too slow for our needs but she quickly resolved that and it worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. McGregor is a great little village, off the beaten path with several places to eat. The pool was excellent and the house was lovely, perfect for our needs.

What an incredible stay! Highly recommended and the house is perfect for families with children. Every part of our stay was perfect and Robyn was a fantastic host. Grant was a gem during our stay and we will be back. Thanks Robyn for a memorable week.

Carla's house is surrounded by beautiful and gorgeous nature. Nice drinking water including much minerals. We enjoyed a full cottage, which is in the open and wild area with mountains. Jacuzzi by fire wood was the first time for me and not so successful to make warm water, but BBQ or Brai was really nice. It was short for one night staying. More than two days will be enough even to have a trekking to waterfall.
