This is the place to be. I had an amazing experience at this place. The property is in good neighborhood and the security within the compound is also amazing. The property is in good condition and its so spacious that made me and my family stay comfortable.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Peaceful and lovely environment. 5 minutes drive to the Mall. Public transport is readily available. The place is very secure and serene. Philip has been super helpful, always responsive. 😊. I highly recommend the place.

Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

A beautiful and great place! Namangi Cottage is a great place. It’s a big and clean house with a beautiful garden and it’s like you sitting in designed place. Rooms are also nice, and the kitchen is so nice. Lot of space with very good household utensils such as pots, plates, frying pans and more. Impressing! Maybe you can fix the oven, its hard to know hove it works. You have friendly and good people working around the house, just to keep the garden fresh and clean. It can be a little bit hard to find for taxi drivers, but Nashi will help you to get a good driver who knows the ways. Maybe you can but in some maps to show where to go to the beaches and so. Me and my wife was married in Namangi Cottage. Nashi and other people were so helpful, so our wedding become a memory for ever. Thanks for all help! We recommend this place for everyone. With love. Elsa was a great and responsive host and the team at Amariah were welcoming and helpful. A quite oasis in the thriving mikocheni neighborhood. Plenty of shops close by for all your needs, 20 minutes by walk to large shopping plaza. 10–15 minutes to the masaki peninsula and all its activities.

Been to more than one of Doreen’s accommodation. She is truly the definition of a good host. Her communication timing is impeccable and always checking up on her tenants for any problem or suggestion to make the stay comfortable. I definitely look forward to being hosted again

The best place to stay in Dar. Located in the upscale region of Masaki reknown for it's utmost secure, neat, quiet, and peaceful environment. The area offers great streets for evening walks and runs. The host was so kind and professional. I just found my new home every time I am in Dar Es Salaam.

I had a wonderful stay at this 1-bedroom apartment in Makumbusho. The place is super cozy with a chic, modern look—exactly as pictured. The breakfast setup was a nice touch, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook comfortably. Fast Wi-Fi made it easy to work and stay connected. It’s a peaceful spot with great amenities—highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and homey place to stay in Dar!

What started with a one week stay, turned almost into one month for my little family and I. So I would definitely like to take some time to write a thoughtful review for other guests considering staying here. The place is exactly like the photos - very green, breezy, and peaceful. We have felt like we are at a home away from home here, due to a combination of factors - from personal touches and thoughtfulness from Grace herself, who is so positive, hardworking and joyful - to just the energy of the place itself - calm, cool, and live and let live. Her staff are very kind and helpful, and if you ever need anything, they are there to help. If you have small children, I would say this place is quite safe and secure, not many typical hazards to watch out for with little ones so you can feel easy walking from your contained room to the pergola for breakfast or up the driveway to catch a taxi. All in all, definitely recommend, not just for the space itself but the lovely folks behind it.

I loved the environment of this AirB&B. I would go back in a heartbeat. The apartment was spotless, clean calm, wonderful vibe. ANNA is an incredible host. Extremely helpful & sweet. I felt very safe. There is a metal gate on the outside of the front door, just for that extra peace of mind. The surrounding area is very peaceful. I was stuck twice, once downtown. I was not able to get out of the location. I called her and she immediately picked up!! Thank God! 🙏 she arranged for someone to come and get me in a timely manner. Just amazing. If you’ve never been to Tanzania, I would suggest that you arrange a driver through her. You couldn’t ask for a more considerate host than ANNA -highly recommended.
