This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

Apartment in a pigsty

"Chlewik" is an old pigsty converted into a climatic loft-style apartment. The property is located close to the center in the spa town of Gołdap. We offer a quiet and peaceful place with access to the garden and attractions for children. During your stay, you can make your time more pleasant by renting a hot tub or sauna (extra charge). There is a place for a bonfire or barbecue. We offer the possibility of ordering meals from the Matrioszka restaurant with delivery. We only accept small dogs for an additional fee

It is an ideal place to celebrate with loved ones: a spacious terrace encourages slow breakfasts, a fireplace and a hot tub will light up long evenings, a large shelter by the fireplace invites you to feast, attractions for children will keep the youngest busy, and hammocks are an ideal place to listen to the sound of the forest

Barn House

A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

Gizycko Masurian holiday home in the countryside near the lake

My small wooden house (30 m²), surrounded by greenery, is particularly suitable for families with children (from 5 years of age - because of the somewhat steep stairs to the upper floor.) It is fully equipped with a 55-inch TV, refrigerator, 2 hot plates, microwave with grill function, and plenty of dishes. For the use of bicycles, sauna and hot tub, I am happy to receive a small entertainment donation. I live in the house next door and am here to help you. I speak Polish and German.

You will stay in a detached wooden house separated from the rest of the yard. Pure nature. From the terrace, you have a great distant view of the hilly meadow landscape. There you can also enjoy the sunsets. It is 25 m to the courtyard area, where you can also use the conservatory and the bar as well as the lake terrace. The house is heated with a fireplace, which also supplies the upper floor through air drafts. For this, you have to take care of the lighting.
