We invite you to a comfortable year-round cottage located on Lake Wadąg, in a closed settlement in Szypry. The lake is in a zone of silence. A place friendly for anglers and mushroom pickers. Cottage with an area of 102 m2 in terraced buildings (4 houses). At your disposal will be: three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with kitchenette and fireplace and terrace and garden. The beach with a platform for the exclusive use of the inhabitants of the settlement and guests is located approx. 90 m from the door of the cottage.

Our wooden cottage has been designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Masuria, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads to Lajs. No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful homes with dreams and pine trees around. Adjacent is a family work. Homes fit into local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boat are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. In our habitat, you will rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. We offer private rooms with a separate entrance, bathroom and mini kitchenette. You will find sports and recreational equipment such as bicycles, kayaks, SUP boards, which you can use in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Brodnica Lake District. Year-round cottages in Masuria, sauna and jacuzzi

Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

We invite you to our new house in Pilwa. The house has 35 m2, one bedroom with a large double bed and a room with a double fold-out sofa with a comfortable mattress. There is also a kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, gas hob) with full equipment and a bathroom with a shower. There is half a hectare of meadow around the house, which is only at your disposal. Lake Dobskie and the great beach in Jerzykowo are about 4 km away. The house is adjacent to the bicycle path around Masuria.
