The cottage has an area of 102 m2 in a terraced building (4 cottages). At your disposal will be: three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and fireplace, as well as a terrace and garden. The beach with a jetty for the exclusive use of the residents of the settlement and guests is located about 90 m from the door of the cottage.

It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is also a kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, gas hob) with full equipment and a bathroom with a shower. There is half a hectare of meadow around the house, which is only at your disposal. Lake Dobskie and the great beach in Jerzykowo are about 4 km away. The house is adjacent to the bicycle path around Masuria.
