The garden is huge and the pool in the summer months is an absolute enjoyment. There is a large jacuzzy/spa in the garden at 38 degrees in summer and winter (it's for use and individual cost).

It has double-glazed windows, an apartment recently renovated in August 2024, very cozy and quiet with a lock on the bedroom door.
