Bear Necessities

My husband and I have been here twice now, and we very much enjoyed the country side, and the hiking thats why we came. There is a small lake not far away and it has a lot of water bird and song birds, as a bird nerd I hade a wonderful watching and photographing them my husband enjoyed the quiet peace of the place. We took a hike up to Buzzards Roost Rock, it was beautiful. We had a great time and the little cabin was just perfect for our getaway.

The Cottage at Asbury Meadow

JoeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful two night stay at the cottage. A short ride from Augusta and just enough room for the two of us. The grounds were beautiful and they had a quiet spot on the property with two Adirondack chairs. We enjoyed a glass of wine while enjoying the peace and quiet. It was a wonderful experience. Martha and Ross were great hosts.

Hilltop Cabin

SierraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Gorgeous land. These hosts maintain their property exceptionally well. The property was more developed than the listing led us to believe--they seem to be actively working on it. The paths are clear and beautiful, the cabins cozy and welcoming, with a sheltered community area near the bath house with additional amenities, gorgeous sunset views, and a very private, serene setting. The cabins are nicely furnished and welcoming, if yet accessible to bugs. We weren't aware it was a multi-cabin/campsite/RV site property, but there was plenty of privacy and the overall treatment was charming and thoughtful. We were very impressed with our stay.
