we experienced island blackout during our stay. having a generator was good. place is beautiful. Host responsive and very considerate to us. Will come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home with our family (2 adults, 4 teens and in-laws). The house was clean, private, and steps from the beach — a peaceful and beautiful setting. It had everything we needed, including 2 fridges, a gas grill, and a generator (which gave us peace of mind). We loved the nearby bakery with fresh “pan sobao” and great meals, plus easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. On our first day, we even bought fresh fish from local fishermen right on the beach! Jessica and Roberto were wonderful hosts — quick to respond and very attentive. When we had a concern about the pool, Roberto came right away. This home is perfect for both families and couples. Highly recommended — we hope to return!

Jolie was an amazing host, always responsive, proactive and resourceful. She looked after us like a a good old friend! The villa is a gem, a lot of space, an amazing terrace on the third floor, a fully equipped kitchen and an extraordinary location within 3 min from the beach in a great gated community. The tennis court available was a big plus for us and the peaceful and quiet neighborhood was a blessing, especially after a rather stressful and unpleasant stay in San Juan for 5 days prior to this Rincon trip. The neighbors whom most are local residents are very nice and helpful and we instantly felt like home. Rincón is 10min away and there are good restaurants close by such as La Rosa Inglesa or the Beach House where one can enjoy live music. There is a big surfing community around here and one can feel that cool and relaxed vibe everywhere. We are already thinking about returning with our family and friends. Truly amazing!!experience!

Had such a great stay here! We spent so much time lounging and enjoying the sun by the pool and the breeze as it flowed through the house when the windows were open—so peaceful. The view from the top bedroom was absolutely incredible, especially in the mornings. Plus, Lindsey & Whit were super thoughtful and left a bottle of champagne, which made for the best morning mimosas. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We can’t wait to come back!

La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente: siempre estuvo atento, respondió rápido y se mostró muy dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo cual hizo que me sintiera bien acompañado y seguro durante toda la estadía. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio y bien mantenido, lo que hace una gran diferencia para sentirse cómodo desde el primer momento. La ubicación es ideal, en un lugar tranquilo pero cerca de todo lo que necesitas para moverte fácilmente, con acceso rápido a tiendas, restaurantes y otras amenidades. Además, el ambiente general del lugar es acogedor y perfecto para descansar o pasar tiempo con amigos o familia. En general, recomiendo este Airbnb sin dudarlo y agradezco mucho la hospitalidad y el cuidado puesto en el lugar. ¡Gracias por todo!

My family and I had a beautiful time together at this place But I feel that everyone needs to know certain things before they go for the house of games. Kitchen needs to be updated in my opinion too small, only one table for six people. No oven , no air fryer , No blender and none of this stuff are told before you get to this place so this was a big shock for us since we like to cook and bake. Couldn't used The hockey table in the room because it was broken. Bunk beds are most of the beds in the rooms and it was hard for some of my family members to go up and down the stairs so if you are going with a lot of adults you may want to think about it first. The place was great but smaller than what you see in the pictures I would say good enough for 10 people and too many rules you can't even listen to music or be at the pool at night even when is private because of the noise. Too many cameras and they are in areas that is not necessary, you are there to have a good private time.

This was my third time staying here and third times a charm, actually so were the second and first times ! The rental is exactly as it shows, everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also a cooler, boogie board, and folding chairs to use during your stay. This spot was perfect for me, quiet, steps to the beach, pool, close to attractions like Crash Boat Beach, the town of Rincon where there’s multiple beaches one just as beautiful as the next. Fall asleep listening to the waves. I walked the beach daily collecting a wide variety of shells. There’s a local ice cream shop that’s absolutely delicious! On the weekends there’s local vendors that gather and sell a variety of items from food, to artwork, wood carvings, clothing, etc. Thursday afternoon/evening in Rincon square there a weekly art festival that’s a must experience. There is so much to experience in this area. Enjoy!

I do not believe you'll find another full-size house in PR with two full bathrooms, whole house air-conditioning, and such an amazing view of the mountains and ocean. This was a great place to stay for a family of 4. There were really thoughtful amenities for beach visits like sunscreen, beach towels, a cooler, and chairs. There is no tv, but you'll hardly notice.

Me and 4 girlfriends stayed at this beautiful property over the long weekend. It was a truly wonderful experience. The property is even more beautiful in person! The tennis court, the pool, the gazebos and outside areas so nice with beautiful trees and ambiance. Truly relaxing. The villa had games and beach supplies. The space is so beautiful and tall! The bathtub can’t be beat! We loved it! Almost as important is that the hosts were extremely thoughtful, welcoming us with personalized greetings and snacks, and super kind, patient and responsive. We were very grateful to Wilton and his team! Definitely recommend and hope to come back next time! Thank you!

This was an amazing stay for myself and my 9 friends! We loved the pool, outdoor kitchen and comfy beds. Also- there were a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches all walkable from the place which was ideal for such a large group. Overall we would love to come back to this place, it was huge and more than enough space for our group. The only thing I would say is more towels (beach ones especially) and I wished there were more kitchen essentials so we did not have to buy salt, cooking oil, or anything else that we were not able to use all of in over a week. Hopefully we’ll be back next year, thank you again to our wonderful and thoughtful hosts for having us!

The very steep Hill getting in and out of Tranquilo was daunting. It was challenging to either walk or drive for the older folks. My children and grandchildren ran up and down without any problem.

Nathalia was responsive and made the check in and check out process simple. The villa was in a great location with good amenities. Would recommend for families.

This Villa was the perfect home for our family of six. Access to the beach, pool in the backyard, visiting iguanas, spacious rooms, great kitchen, these were just a few things that made us feel like we were home away from home. Stu was an excellent host with constant communication, clear instructions, and wonderful tips for the area. we will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Rincon!

Our stay at Tres Terrazas made for the perfect beach vacation. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and the kitchen suited our needs for making breakfast to eat on the magnificent porch. The A/C worked great as well. Of note, the second full bathroom/ shower is by the pool, not in the main home, but it was not a problem. The view of the ocean was stunning and the porch was amazing with a large couch and dining table to fit all of us. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed playing corn hole. Sandy Beach is right down the hill and offers the prefect set up for an enjoyable beach day. The house is in a great location to access the many attractions near Rincon. We loved every second of this gorgeous part of Puerto Rico and look forward to returning soon!

This is my fourth time staying at Villa Luna. This last time they had a new layout in the bedrooms and the furniture. It made it so much more functional and spacious. The decor is so beautiful. Makes you feel like you’re in paradise. The view in the mornings is unbelievable. The water is calm, so clear, warm. Just perfect. Also, Jazz is the best host. So responsive and helpful. Even had a cake for me for Mother’s Day! Made it so special. This is my top choice everytime I come to Puerto Rico

This villa was absolutely magical. We loved it from the second we walked in the door. Everything was even better than described. The location was right by the beach, and felt like the perfect getaway. We loved the hammocks and the cozy furniture. It was the perfect place for our family vacation.

Our stay was wonderful! This little gem was such a pleasant surprise to find. The villa is beautiful and is just a few steps away from a private beach. If a romantic getaway is what you are looking for or for a secluded relaxing stay, this little slice of paradise will fit the bill.

Cerca de restaurantes, supermercado, el poblado y la playa. Área muy tranquila, excelente para desconectarse y pasar un tiempo en familia. La casa es cómoda. Nos encantó la piscina. La comunicación con Dora fue excelente. Es muy amable y atendió nuestras necesidades.

Elaine was very helpful. She provided very detailied self check in instructions (with photos) and many recommendations for area restaurants and beaches. The villa is beautiful and well kept. The gated grounds are quiet, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and are provided with a 23/7 security guard service.

We really enjoyed this beautiful house! Our kids loved swimming in the private pool, and the outside kitchen and dining area was an added bonus. Everything inside was sparkling clean and there were thoughtful, additional small amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen, that made the place feel like home. The house is a few minutes walk from a great bakery and we enjoyed picking up sandwiches and donuts to go on our walk to the beautiful swimming beach just across the main road. We also enjoyed the little farm down the road that had peacocks and other animals that were fun for the kids to see. Thank you to Daniel and Victor for being great hosts! Victor was available by phone and texts for any questions that came up and he was happy to give us recommendations on places to eat. This was a great place and we were definitely come back!

This place was magic. It is run like a well oiled machine. Extremely well maintained, and this place is a a castle. Castles are a lot of work to maintain. Our host was absolutely wonderful. Easily one of my top 3 favorite places to stay. We will absolutely be back. I’m excited to check out the wellness offerings and retreats on our next visit. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful location! You can hear the waves from your bed! Condo was a little tricky to find in the dark, but once we found it we were very happy- it’s well stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The kids loved finding sea glass on the beach -and playing in the tide pool just down the beach.

Robertos villa was beautiful and clean we felt right at home. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the backyard. balcony views were a dream very peaceful and all the greenery was so beautiful!! The cake roll that the host left for us was delicious and thoughtful! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to be back and stay here again with my family!
