This well maintained 2 bedroom home is built to take advantage of the 180 degree views of the Placencia lagoon. Enjoy the sunsets from the comfort of your hammock or grab the fishing rod and plant yourself on your own private dock. Or perhaps a sunset paddle in the kayaks! It is the end house on a cul de sac, so a private, quiet location nestled in the shade of tall coconut palms. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest bars, restaurants, grocery store and beach or grab the 4 bikes provided.

Villa Laguna Gecko, is a 3 story custom waterfront estate with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, large pool with palapa located in a private very secure gated community overlooking the Lagoon and Maya mountains in the Maya Beach area of Placencia, Belize. The home is in a gated private community with 24 hour security and connected to the Placencia Resort located directly across the street. Guests staying at the villas have access to the resort amenities including beach, pool and restaurants.

Julia's Cabanas: Duplex Cabana Room #3

Duplex Cabana Room #3 is part of our only duplex and comes with two independently rented rooms. It is located on the third row back, and has a full view of the garden/common area and a partial view of the ocean from the shared covered veranda (porch), however, the beach is only a stone throw away. I usually have a property manager stay for the night in another one bedroom apartment located beneath the five story high tower for extra security.
