A cozy 50 sqm house was initially built for my family‘s summer vacations. It is located in the center of the village and just 10 meters from the beach. Mochlos is a small fishing village, famous for the hospitality of the local people. It has small but picturesque beaches. In the village there is a Mini Market for your basic needs, in just 30 minutes drive you can visit bigger towns of Lassithi prefecture. Among other activities scuba diving and water sports are offered for your entertainment.

Yaya ‘s (grandmother’s) house, is located on the main road of the village and is easily accessible by car, with FREE parking on the street, within a short distance from the house. The house is 60 square meters (m²) with a mezzanine 20 m². There is a yard outside, where a beautiful path will lead you to the herbal garden and a great view of the mountains, where you can spend a lot of time smelling different types of herbs. The lemon tree in the center of the garden will welcome you.

Next to the house there is an organized parking lot where you can park at a small cost. The house consists of the main room that includes the kitchen and the living room with a sofa that becomes a bed. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a baby crib if needed.

VILLA SPILIO is a stone house built on a small cape. From every part of the house the guest can enjoy the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. It has a large bed and a sofa bed and all the necessary household appliances. Outside, there is a large courtyard with trees and lots of flowers. Finally, the guest can enjoy swimming in the sea in peace since they have private access to the sea and relax on the sun loungers that the accommodation has.

Elounda Holidays Argyro is located in a green, quiet area of Elounda, between Elounda Beach Hotel & Villas and Elounda Bay Palace Hotel. It is surrounded mainly by olive trees, from which the famous Cretan olive oil is produced. At 850 m. (10 minutes walk) is the excellent natural beach "Paradisos" and the Arous Archaeological Site. At 3 km (10 minutes drive) is the famous beach "Kolokytha". The center of Elounda is 1 km away.
