Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Mauritius

This place was conveniently located; within a 10 min walk to the beach and bus stop, and 15 mins walk to the supermarket. The property was well laid out and the bedrooms were all good sized double rooms, each with air conditioning. The lounge area was open planned and a good kitchen area with all the basics you would need. The shower rooms were spacious. The biggest plus was the hosts who were welcoming and easily reachable. We had a few very minor issues and each time we contacted them they responded immediately, no matter how trivial the issue. We had a lovely long stay here and enjoyed the laidback and friendly atmosphere of the island. A welcome change from the cold and grey of London - thank you!

Sheila was an exceptional host, friendly, always responsive to calls/texts and even went above and beyond to assist us during our stay (especially with her family for airport runs and car rental!!) Our lengthy stay was a home from home! We couldn’t thank her enough 🙏🏽 The place is a nice, big spacious apartment in the heart of rural Mauritius, small local shops close by - be prepared for some bugs in the evening, but friendly (and shy!) geckos, who actually help eat the bugs! Belle Mare beach (one of the best on the island) only 10 minutes away by car. La Riviere restaurant was also recommended by Shelia and is must to eat at, no need to make a reservation, you can just turn up! On our last day we also visited an island called Ile Aux Cerf which was a short drive and then boat ride away! Shelia also provided us with basic essentials: water, juice, sugar, cutlery, cleaning products and household basics. On top of all that she also provided a very useful welcome guide. Overall 10/

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette jolie maison mauricienne qui était comme sur la description. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais suffit pour se rafraîchir. Les hôtes ont été réactifs quand nous avons eu besoin d’eux.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Tout est conforme aux photos. Nous avons rencontré quelques petits soucis de plomberie, mais Marion a été très réactive et tout a été résolu dès le lendemain ! Nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi Marion comme hôte. N’hésitez pas à lui faire confiance, cela en vaut la peine !

I had a fantastic experience during my stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in seamless. The room was immaculate and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed. I especially loved the beautiful decor and the peaceful ambiance. The location was ideal—within walking distance of local attractions but still quiet enough for a restful retreat. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely return

The house is pretty and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The location of the property is good as it takes only 45 minutes to an hour to get to any sight on the island in any direction. The grocery stores and malls nearby are between 8 to 20 minutes away by car. The host is very responsive, and his parents, who manage the property, are helpful. I recommend staying at this property if you want to stay in this area.

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was mir persönlich wichtig ist. Eine gute Aufteilung mit einem Küchen-/Wohnbereich und ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett sowie ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC. Alles war vorhanden und sauber. Es ist eine Wohngegend und die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Man hört nichts außer gelegentlich Vogelgeräusche. Bill ist sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Where do I start? Martin’s place was exceptional. It’s everything it looks like in the pics, if not better! The house is equipped with everything you need - we were never left needing something that we couldn’t find in the kitchen. What made this trip exceptional was Martin’s recommendations and how quick he was to respond - we always felt in safe hands. Extra extra extra special thank you to Patrice and Lona who take care of the property and made the check in/check out process a breeze and really were a what’s app away whenever we needed ANYTHING! We’re going back for sure. Thanks for making Mauritius a beautiful place to visit for us!!

Toujours un vrai bonheur de revenir dans cette maison et cet endroit si paisible ! Cela fait désormais plus de 12 ans que nous prenons plaisir à profiter de ce lieu devenu maintenant familier……

The place is exactly as pictures. Veer clean, well appointed and has every thing you need for a short or long term stay. Although I was traveling a along, the place would be perfect for a family or group of 6 or so friend.

Nash répond très vite et toujours disponible pour nous aider à organiser la voyage. La maison est immense avec piscine privé entretenu 1x/semaine De nombreux restaurants une plage à pied. Proche d’autre plages en voiture. Son papa est sur place pour vous accueillir et vous aider si besoin à passer le meilleur séjour possible. Il y a tout le nécessaire en cuisine, en salle de bain, en draps et en serviette, la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle ce qui est un vrai plus. La Clim dans toute les chambres. Bref bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci les garçons.

这里的住宿条件还是非常棒的，客厅厨房卫生间卧室都干净整洁，距离餐馆和超市都不远，步行可到。海滩非常近，步行三分钟就能到达，浮潜可以抓到海参海星甚至小鱼，非常有趣。但是位置在小巷子深处，不好找，还好有接待员来迎接。这是我们在毛里求斯住的最舒服的民宿，就是价格贵了一点。

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand ( liegt nur ein Häuserblock dazwischen) und Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Lediglich etwas mehr Toilettenpapier, Salz und Öl wären schön gewesen. Ansonsten allerdings einen wirklich schöne und empfehlenswerte AirBnB die ich sowohl für Gruppen und Familien empfehlen kann.

Bei uns war alles sehr gut! Die wohnung ist genauso wie Beschrieben. Lise ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei einer Cyclon Warnung hat sie und direkt geholfen und mit Tipps ausgestattet. Genauso Stelle ich mir einen sehr guten Gastgeber vor! Kentish der sich Vorort um die Wohnung kümmert und auch als Ansprechpartner dient, war genauso hilfsbereit und lieb! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz. Sollten wir jemals wieder auf Mauritius sein, kommen wir wieder! :)

Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans ce très beau logement. Studio propre et très bien équipé. Merci Dolly pour votre bienveillance et votre gentillesse. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Дуже привітний хазяїн, завжди готовий допомогти, дати пораду. А це дуже важливо, коли ви перебуваєте в чужій країні. Завдяки йому ми відвідали додатково кілька цікавих місць на острові, які не входили в наші плани. Вся родина Ravi дуже привітна і гостинна. Оселя дуже чиста і затишна. Все є для комфортного перебування: зручне ліжко, добре обладнана кухня. На відстані 200-1500 м розташовані кілька закладів харчування та супермаркет. Також біля будинка, зупинка автобуса, на якому ви можете дістатися пляжів, як на півночі острова, так і на півдні. А також заповідників, водоспадів та інших пам’яток.

Rahul was a great host, communicated well and everything went very smoothly! We will definitely use this accommodation again in future!

The apartment is large, clean, has a great terrace, enough furniture and kitchen equipment. The waste is picked up every two days, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a parking space, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is perfectly clean, and there is a separate wardrobe room. The only unpleasant thing is that the apartment heats up insanely during the day: the bed gets very hot and takes a long time to cool down, even the shower gel gets hot. So I had to keep my toiletries in the fridge. The air conditioning in the bedroom is quite weak, but it's good to have it. Everything else was great, we are very happy with our stay at Annette's.

Wir haben auf unserer langen Mauritius Reise, diese Unterkunft extra noch mal gebucht. Für uns war es wie zu Hause ankommen. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich bemerkenswert schön, sauber und die Umgebung hatt uns sehr gut gefallen. Ganz besonders haben wir die große, überdachte Terrasse genossen. Wie gesagt, auch jetzt war der Aufenthalt einfach nur fantastisch. Wenn wir es könnten würden wir dort einziehen. Einfach nur Erholung pur.

Que dire …. Il n’y a pas de mots pour décrire ce moment dans la Roy’s Villa, tout était parfait. Le mobilier , la villa, la piscine , le rangement , Tout était parfait … et que dire de Roy … impeccable, disponible 24/24 7/7 , réactif , proactif, gentil, serviable et bien plus encore ! Les commentaires nous donnait envie de venir , mais il faut le vivre pour comprendre ! Merci à Roy et sa femme. Merci pour toutes les attentions. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Patrick et Mariette, les propriétaire de cette très agréable villa. Ils sont très accueillant , très sympathique et très réactifs au moindre problème. Ils nous ont indiqué plein de bonnes adresses a découvrir . Le logement est très agréable, , ouvert et bien ventilé , il contient tout ce qu'il faut. Je recommande chaudement .
