An exceptional stay at Audrey's – Grain de Sel I had the pleasure of staying with Audrey, in Grain de Sel, from January 10 to February 4, and it was a simply wonderful experience. The place is quiet, clean and very welcoming, offering a real family and warm atmosphere. Audrey is an exceptional host: always attentive, available and caring. His sense of sharing creates a true community where you can feel at home quickly. The meals she makes are delicious, and discussions at the table are rewarding and friendly moments of exchange. My Airbnb room was spacious, spotless and perfectly equipped, with all the comforts you need. I enjoyed the tranquility of the place, which allows both to interact with others and enjoy moments of rest with peace of mind. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic, friendly and refreshing stay. A huge thank you to Audrey.

I really enjoyed my time at this guesthouse. It's just steps to the beach, and it has everything that I consider essential for a comfortable stay. The room even has things that many guesthouses don't bother with, like hot water from the sink, a fan, and a clock. There is no pool of lounge chairs but that's fine for me when the beach is so close. The breakfast is simple but filling with lots of fruit and the hospitality of the owner is outstanding.

Nikita made me feel part of their family; always willing to assist to find my way around the island. Her space is so close to the beach and restaurants. Real island living! All that one needs. Wifi great. Will be back for sure!

Set in a very quiet street and a very easy walk to the beach and shops. The main supermarket as Cascavelle is a 10 minute drive. The apartment is just as described and tastefully decorated with everything you need for a short or long term stay. There's plenty of space with a large dining area, well equiped kitchen with an added extra of a water filter jug. Beautifully decorated bedrooms, one with an en suite and also a large seperate shower and toilet for the other bedroom. The open plan lounge area has comfotable seating and a tv. There is a seperate breakfast bar by the kitchen hatch area. AC is available in the bedrooms and lounge. There is a small covered seating area outside. I was able to put my car inside the property. Wifi reception is very good. The property was spotlessly clean and I would thoroughly recommend staying here if you want easy access to many of the beautiful sights in the south of Mauritius. The stay at Asma's was amazing. The place is a 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of delicious restaurants just around the corner, just superbly located. The accommodation is generously sized, sweetly decorated and the pool right in front, a dream, with outdoor shower! Fan in the living room and air conditioning in the bedroom work great, for us even drinks were provided in the fridge. A closet was equipped with plates, kettle, microwave so you can eat there too. There is also a nice corner to sit outside. Asma was an excellent host to us who was super accessible and took time for all our needs and thought of everything to allow us a wonderful stay. Thank you so much for the nice days Asma! :))

We loved our stay this past weekend & would’ve loved to have stayed another night but the unit was already booked. It is a brand new unit nicely kitted out with a lovely swimming pool. Perfect for what we needed

If you are looking for full privacy, security, comfortable, very clean space with contemporary decor than this is place for you. The studio was actually nicer and bigger in real life than on the pictures, additionally it is surrounded by beautiful garden. Dorine and her family are very friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. I would say that it's best if you have your own vehicle because it is a bit secluded so if you are looking to visit a beach or typical tourist attractions, none of them are anywhere near. What is within walking distance is a grocery store, bus station and an amazing market twice a week with fresh local produce. If you are adventurous you can also use public transportation. The bus stop is just a steps away

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Marie Ange's, we love the place, the calm, the kindness of our hosts, and the cuisine of Marie Ange!! We will come back for sure 😘

we spent the first days of our trip in this beautiful accommodation and felt right at home. We would have loved to have stayed there the entire trip. Marie Lou and her husband were great hosts - friendly, helpful and communicative. There were even welcome treats, how sweet! The place had everything you could need, both in the living area, bedroom, kitchen, as well as outside. The accommodation has the perfect location: right around the corner (we had a car) are numerous nature reserves with great hiking opportunities, beautiful beaches, great and delicious restaurants (Nomad & Vanilla Village were super good!), lots of good shopping and a great neighborhood. We thought that you somehow "have to" go to a fancy hotel for your honeymoon, but to be honest, it was even much nicer and more private in the AirBnb. We would definitely come back! Thank you Marie Lou, it was a very nice time at your place.

We stayed 15 days in Flic en Flac the accommodation is ideally located, close to shops, restaurants, doctor beaches everything is within walking distance. The accommodation is as described, the residence has at the back a garden with a very pleasant pool after a day of moping. We did not meet Pamela and Steven but they remained very available if needed. We were welcomed by Antonio the caretaker very kind and available as well. I recommend it in a second 😊 Noémie

Our stay at Ayesha’s Villa was fantastic! The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Ayesha sent us links to places of interest so we could plan our days; she made telephone calls for us: booking restaurants and calling taxis. The location was quiet, peaceful, and easy to access, offering a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the Northern touristic areas —making it the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Mauritius!

My entire time at this place, was like being part of a family. We did something together every evening, and the host, Ian, was like a best friend during that time. It was by far the best accommodation of my entire holiday in Mauritius, even though I never would have dreamed of it. I'm not a very sociable person, so I was a bit skeptical after reading the other reviews. But the relaxed atmosphere and openness absolutely convinced me to come back. Best wishes to you, Ian. Very clean and lovely place to stay

Large garden overlooking a beautiful white sand beach, sunset, swimming with fish. The garden allows lunch facing the sea and a barbecue is available. Supermarket and restaurant close by. Air conditioning great , clean pool, wifi Responsive and accommodating owner for schedules Separate villa into 2 units on the ground floor and 1st floor and also a beachfront bungalow so share the pool and garden with the other tenants but not disturbing. Spacious room and good bedding but double beds not very wide 140 cm. Modern electrical socket with USB and French. The room overlooking the street is noisy especially in the morning with a delivery truck from the supermarket. We had a great holiday.
