Very nice place. I can definitely recommend. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant on site that prepares delicious food. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sauber und in einer sicheren Umgebung. Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Der Vermieter hilft bei allen Angelegenheiten wie der Kauf einer SIM Karte, Geldwechseln, finden eines Geldautomaten und einem Guide für die die Stadt. Gerne werde ich wiederkommen.

Every day the cleaning clean my room and my dirty clothes get washed . Security next to the building make you more comfortable and secure. Location is perfect to reach every where in short time

Darius place is such a beautiful apartment.right next to city centre.. coffee shops and restaurants just next door.host is such a helpful person.all ways available and willing to help.apatmet is nice and clean as well.even hot water is available all the time.i had a great stay.. love to come back again

C'est la troisième fois que je passe mon séjour nouakchottois (8 à 11 semaines) dans cet appartement loué par Monsieur Mohamed dans le quartier de l'Ilot K. Ce quartier est calme, tout en étant près du Centre Ville et également à proximité de l'Institut Français (cinéma, expos, musique). L'appartement est confortsable et bien équipé pour mes besoins (internet fiable, cuisine et une belle couette pour les nuits fraiches de l'hiver mauritanien! Merci!); il ya même des fleurs sur le balcon! Une fois par semaine, on vient faire le ménage, changer les draps et les serviettes. S'il y a le moindre problème (p.ex. le chauffe-eau de la salle de bain en panne, ou simplement une ampoule grillé ou la bouilloire défectueuse), on vient aider immédiatement. Quand je reviendrai à Nouakchott, je serais très contente de pouvoir encore habiter dans ce bel appartement.
