Natives of the country, we will be able to advise you on the places and activities not to be missed.

Beautiful 37 m² apartment, on the 3rd and top floor. Located in the center, close to the thermal baths and all amenities, it consists of an entrance, a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped US kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm mezzanine bed. Mezzanine not suitable for small children. A bathroom with shower and toilet. South facing with unobstructed views of the mountains and the park! Bed linen rental €10, end-of-stay cleaning €40.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Towels, sheets and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Completely renovated in 2024, the Volcane studio is 200 meters from the hyper center of Mont-Dore on the fourth floor with elevator of a beautiful mountain residence. Guests can enjoy a south facing balcony with stunning views of the Puy de Sancy and the Capuchin. Private parking space and storage room. The sleeping area is a 140/190 pull-out bed with built-in sofa. You won't need to make your bed every night, open and sleep!

Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
