(Call to make a reservation if you would like Proper Tea Wednesday-Saturday) Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and our excellent Metropark! There is not a kitchen. There are NO cleaning fees. The exterior is currently being renovated, but this has no impact on your stay. (2024)

The parsonage sits behind the now renovated church and has been transformed into an eclectic and creatively decorated space we now call “The Pastor’s Art House”. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

Wood flooring throughout; no carpet to harbor irritants that may set off allergies or asthma. One block walk to uptown restaurants and shops. Walk to Side Cut Metropark, Maumee River, library, and five churches. Very clean. Less than 9 miles to downtown Toledo. We are unable to accommodate emotional support or service animals.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

Myself and two of my friends stayed here while in town for a wedding. First off, the cottage is adorable. The yellow exterior is so cute and perfect for photos! Inside was honestly larger than expected, but Bill’s description is very accurate in that it’s definitely more quaint. The space was clean, the furniture was comfortable, there’s a good size kitchen with everything you need - we really enjoyed our stay! Just a few blocks from the home is a historical area with lots of restaurants and shops. We walked to the area our first night for dinner and it was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to visit. The studio was super clean, inviting and so comfortable. The view was beautiful- waking up to the sunrise every morning. A stone's throw to the beach, which was very clean and well kept. A great getaway for downtime and privacy. Not a lot to do other than the beach, but a state park only 15 minutes away. Would definitely book this place again!
