Enjoy the 2nd floor of our family home. It is a mansion built in the late 19th century. You have the entire 160 m2 apartment to yourself. In the city center of Beaupréau, 10 minutes from the entrance to Cholet, 35 minutes from the entrance to Nantes, 45 minutes from Angers, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1 hour 20 minutes from the Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from out of the 5, (for 5 beds max + 1 baby) a recreation room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet.

A door allows you to go directly from the kitchen/living room to the bedroom. Electrical heating. Direct access via the outside staircase with terrace and corridor.
