I loved staying at this place! Calm and peacefull but still easy acces to paia town and everything else you need. David was super helpful and kind and easy to communicate with. I had a pleasure staying here and meeting you all and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on that side of the island. I cant wait to come back!! Thank you David !!

An absolutely beautiful home in a really cool area! We used this as our home base for exploring Maui’s upcountry and I can’t imagine a better place. Views are incredible, awesome patio space and a huge living room. About as close as you’re going to get to Haleakala National Park. Really, really cool home. Wish we could’ve spent more time there. We had planned to catch the sunset up on Haleakala but decided to get takeout and watch the sunset on the patio instead — highly recommend! (Great little group of food trucks down the road) Had a brief interaction with Steve and Diane on our way out and they were lovely.

This is the second time with Glenn. We are anxiously awaiting our next visit.

We had a great time in Paia at Dave’s place. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We made use of all the beach gear on offer (snorkels, chairs, towels - don’t forget the umbrella like we did!). And some lovely, friendly dogs!

Anne Marie was quick to respond to any issues we had. Our Wifi kept cutting out a few times and she was on it right away and managed to get it back working pretty quickly! Location is a bit of a hilly walk (20 min) to get to the beach, but served as a nice wake up :) Location was clean, balconey is lovely, and neighborhood is quiet. Close to the shopping centre which was so convenient considering we didn't have a car. Great stay!

We couldn’t ask for a friendlier host or a more beautiful, unique, comfortable and stunningly decorated place to stay in Paia. This is the antidote to a cookie cutter big resort stay, with all the benefits of a truly local vibe and host. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui! Thank you Dave!

Lindy was an exceptional host; she was responsive and welcoming. The space was an excellent home base. The location is extremely good; a short walk to food trucks, Foodland, and a nearby park (though not suitable for snorkeling). The amenities she provided were surprisingly excellent; for example, we have rarely ever booked an Airbnb that provided a loofah. She was receptive to any requests or communications that we had and tried her best to get what we needed (most of the time she delivered). To note, the kitchen space was indoors but notably separated from the air-conditioning (in the bedroom only) -- that was fine for us and having coffee provided and an airfryer was helpful for when we wanted to do a meal ourselves. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. Almost forgot, the beach chairs and umbrella provided also made for a more enjoyable Maui experience. We would stay with Lindy again whenever we're in Maui.

We enjoyed knowing Lee and Sandra were always there if needed and very helpful! We felt right at home the whole time. Very clean, gorgeous garden and home.

Sandra & Lee have created a beautiful little oasis in their manicured and yet very homey property. The gardens, the 9’ salt water pool, the morning bird songs, and the attention to detail make this a “home away from home” kind of stay. I really appreciated the convenient proximity to all of the Maui day-trip locations. You don’t have to worry about getting stuck in traffic on the Pali like a stay on the Lahaina-Kaanapali side often imposes. Bordering on Wailea, it’s only a couple of minutes (walk or drive) to so many perfect sunset spots, fabulous beach walks and dining/shopping options. I won’t hesitate to book their place again when I return to Maui, and I’ve been to Maui over 30 times, so I know the island well! Thanks so much Sandra and Lee! You’re the hosts with the most!

This place was super nice, loved having access to the pool and being so close to the beach as well. Taryn was extremely communicative and helpful.

Lovely place with really cool artwork and a beautiful backyard overlooking the ocean. The host was very responsive and helpful. Bonus: super cute cats and dog on the property! Would love to stay again.
