Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

In the heart of Anjou, in the village of Neuvy-en-Mauges, 35 minutes from Angers, 30 minutes from Cholet, we offer this comfortable gîte, comprising two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a choice of two single bed. (See other remarks) This cottage is intended for people who want to rest only. We don't allow parties or events. Accessible PMR accommodation (test armchair size 103 x 65) except garden and small bedroom.

Great walks along the Loire will make you happy! The guinguette is back on the banks of the Loire in Montrelais, super nice, small catering, music, in season, small concerts; It is arranged like a cocoon with rugs and old sofas, small lamps, very nice to have a good time!
