The Bed-Up makes this studio unique, with a 48km view into the Rhone valley from the moment you open your eyes. In winter the studio will charm you with the cosy fireplace and underfloor heating, in summer the natural stone terrace will invite you to stay outside and look down into the valley or gaze upon the stars

Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

Willkommen in dieser bezaubernden 1 1/2-Zimmer Dachwohnung im Herzen von Zermatt, wo Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das weltberühmte Matterhorn genießen können. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet, äußerst schön gestaltet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar: Ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen. Im Sommer 2020 haben wir unser Studio renoviert. Es befindet sich an bester Lage ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Zermatt und der Gornergratbahn. Der Balkon bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht über das Dorf. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnung verfügt über eine Badewanne, ein 1.80m Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen kleinen Esstisch. Fernseher mit Apple TV-Box (kein Kabelfernsehen!) & WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Haus sind ein Lift sowie ein Skiraum vorhanden.

Logement très lumieux et ensoleillé, possédant un grand balcon donnant plein sud, avec vue imprenable sur le Cervin/Matterhorn. Vous avez accès au local à skis, à la buanderie et au jardin commun. L'immeuble est à 8 minutes à pied de la gare, ou 2 minutes en taxi.

The studio is located in the center - 3 minutes walking distance from the train station and, from the Gornergrat station. It is spacious and bright with a nice relaxing view. It is fully equipped and perfect for 2 people. The little balcony has two comfy armchairs. There is the possibility for a third guest on the bed-sofa. It is located on the 5th floor with elevator.
