I made a quick stop for an overnight stay in the middle of a trip and was superbly attended by Abel, who takes care of the space together with Luiz Antônio. Very friendly, helpful, with clear instructions that helped everything go as planned. The space is comfortable and was essential for me to be able to relax and continue traveling rested the next day. I would definitely come back.

IT WAS AN AMAZING STAY, TAMIRES WAS VERY FLEXIBLE WITH THE SCHEDULES BECAUSE WE CAME FROM VERY FAR AND WE WOULD ARRIVE BEFORE CHECK-IN TIME AND SHE LET US IN BEFORE THE TIME AND ALLOWED US TO LEAVE AFTER CHECK-OUT TIME TO ENJOY THE DAY MORE, SUPER CLEAN, ORGANIZED AND COZY ENVIRONMENT AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING ....SUPER REDIRECTION TO THE ACCOMMODATION....AND WE EVEN GOT A TREAT, BUT ONLY THOSE WHO COME HERE KNOW, ANYWAY A 1000 SCORE FOR EVERYTHING

Apto Mobiliado in Centro de Raul Soares w/ Machine

Lucas and his father, Mr. Ramos, they're excellent people. Polite, super friendly, they did everything to make our stay the best. Lucas was super flexible in offering us this property since the number of guests was lower than expected, thank you very much. We had a problem on the road which delayed check-in a lot, but Mr. Ramos reassured us and waited to receive us, even if it was late. Super easy check-out. The place is just like the photos and perfectly accommodates 3 people with great comfort. Everything is very new. Although we don't use anything in the kitchen, there are items for cooking and quick snacks. Although it doesn't have a garage, as Lucas had already explained to me, we left the car at the door without any problem. Very central, close to the main square and several shops. I recommend it and, for sure, on a future trip, we will stay with them. And, to top it off, we were greeted with a delicious orange cake to sweeten our stay even more. All perfect!

The stay was great. Lucas is very polite. The house is large, cozy and extremely clean. It is close to Minas Beach and easy to find. I will definitely book other times.

The apartment is like the ad, all organized and clean. My team was well received and served us very well.

Abel proved proactive, friendly and receptive during our stay. It was a time when I was operated and therefore it was proposed to stay on the first floor. However, this is not at the “ground floor” height, there are flights of stairs until you reach the apartment (average of 46 steps). Anyway, everything went well and we are grateful! But I make this observation for upcoming guests who rent under similar conditions or with PCD/wheelchair/elderly tenants. Cheers!
